SEEKING JUSTICE REPORT ON LOAN DOCUMENT FORGERY and Accounting Fraud by William Freeman vs. Brian Herman, et al.Introduction - DiscoveriesThere are many recently discovered findings regarding Mortgage LoanDocument Manipulations and Forgeries, that are in the Court’s evidencefiles. Mr. Brian Herman, Esq, and Mr. Wayne the compromised documentshave delivered to the Rhode Island Superior Court.The most disturbing new discovery is, after pulling out the metadata, (thrubasic processes), from forged and other documents that have beenmanipulated, the evidence shows a startling collusion amongst the parties toachieve the deception. One intentional manipulation shows Brian Hermanand his forensic expert, John Sang, were electronically exchanging thedocuments, and that Mr. Herman changed the forensic report received fromhis ‘alleged document forensic expert’, just prior to trial in December 2016.The Attorneys standing for JP Morgan Chase Bank, have committed MortgageFraud and Fraud Upon the Courts, by virtue of intentionally presenting falseevidence. Other behaviors discovered show changing of the essential reportof who held possession of the notes and when. • This intentional 'Fraud for Profit' contains several different elements and varieties of methods used to achieve Mr. Herman's goal of attempting to prove JP Morgan Chase are owners and creditors of Freeman notes, by virtue of acquiring them from the FDIC. • Mr. Herman’s goal in claiming Chase holds the original 'blue ink ' originals of the 2005 event of Freeman buying the properties, is to use the notes as bearer bonds and sell them again.BILL FREEMAN
SEEKING JUSTICE • To date, No evidence has been heard on the authenticity of the notes, which are not authentic in any way. • This document is an abbreviated version of the total forensic evidence gathered against Mr. Herman and Mr. George. 4 people, consultants and experts, have confirmed the alteration, manipulation and forgery of the Notes, mortgages, and other Legal Documents regarding Mr. Freeman’s properties. • A fifth person, A master accountant, reviewed the accounting, and this summary report is contained herein. • Mr. Herman and Morgan Lewis are responsible for their current false state. WE know this because of the forensic examination by Mr. Freeman's team in Mr. Herman’s office, andalso by reviewing metadata contained in the documents. • Mr. Herman and Mr George have also sent PDF versions of the claimed ‘originals’ directly to Mr. Freeman and his attorneys. SEEKING JUSTICEIn 7 years of correspondence and requests for information, Chase claims to aholder only, which they are not. • In fact, JPMC have never claimed to be more than a debt collector, not a creditor. • In fact, Mr. Freeman has never received a signed letter from JP Morgan Chase Bank, even when qualified written requests demand a Bank signature.This analysis, takes advantage of having discovered many different versionsof the same document. In addition, the use of non-bank employees, claimingto be executives, is documented, another fraud. Notarization of documents isfalse in many instances, Evidence of Chase not being the investor is prevalent. • In fact, NEW EVIDENCE, is very damaging to Chase claims (new evidence includes added forensic examination of Mr. Brian Herman, Esq., submitted documents, and thru forensic accounting review initiated by Mr. Freeman).The drama of the forgeries, is by virtue of Chase attorney’s taking advantageof advanced technologies, such a digital manipulation, photoshop, replicationby ink-jet printers and by virtue of having in-house manipulation ofdocuments capabilities reside with the attorneys.Currently Chase is exiting the mortgage business, given the advance ofregulations and prosecution as per the National Attorney’s Consent Order,codifying appropriate behavior that Chase cannot seem to abide by, giventhey are now consistently losing homeowner cases brought against them.Judges see the new laws, and homeowners having a strong nationwidenetwork to fight Chase, and with regulations increasing, an environment thatwill not support the attempted thievery by Chase, is current state. SEEKING JUSTICEMr. Freeman filed suit against Chase in 2012. Mr. Freeman was a seniorexecutive in the Software business, working primarily with Wall Street GlobalFinancial Companies. Mr. Freeman was a founder of the data TransparencyCoalition, Washington, DC. Mr. Freeman has firsthand knowledge of thedeceptive practices employed by the attorneys and banks, and of what causedthe largest Depression of the Economy in history.This examination of the forgery’s and usurious accounting, is in directresponse to JPMC claims of having an original note, because it is the onlyproof they claim to have. Most all of these ‘assets’ thru purchase of BearStearns, Washington Mutual, and other mortgage companies. The mortgageswere transferred in bulk, without paperwork. All original WAMU notes weredestroyed (there is much court testimony to this effect)Given they have no authentic documents, JPMC and its attorneys, are forcedinto manufacturing ‘new’ originals, to attempt proving ownership bypossession of the notes in non-judicial states.HistoryThe integrity of many Washington Mutual Bank, Fa legal documents iscompromised, making them invalid. SEEKING JUSTICE• One ‘category’ is the forgery of signatures on notes and mortgage documents (see Dr. Kelly report, duplicate signatures found, ink jet printer used to recreate legal documents, etc.) manufactured in 2016.• The second is the intentional assembly and 'layering' of data from various sources, plus the ability to add text as needed, to help the forgers 'make their case' for claiming ownership of Freeman properties for which they are not the lender or creditor. An example of this is found in the critical indorsement that Chase is holding forth as ‘proof’ (this is Chase’s ONLY evidence of Its claim of being the creditor) Cynthia Riley, the famous forger of notes, whose ‘stamp’ is well known as being used by dozens of foreclosure mills, banks, and attorneys.• Regarding Freeman notes and mortgages, Chase first sent an indorsed copy to Mr. Freeman in 2013.It is not authentic, signed by a famous Robo- Signer, who did not work at WAMU in 2005 or 2006 (Cynthia Riley)• The first altered document Chase sent is the “assignment’ in which Chase actually, assigns the note to themselves. The claim of POA does not exist, and the FDIC will not stand behind the forged assignments recorded in Town Land Records.There are two categories of the intentionally changed documents (Below is abrief and partial list of the forgeries found):• Duplicated, photoshopped signatures of William Freeman placed on the fake notes, taken from other closing documents.• The recent analysis Ink Jet printers used by Chase in the manufacturing process, is proof the documents submitted by Chase attorneys are not the originals. Ink jet printing is used for better color and higher looking quality documents, to enable deception. The original documents are laser printed.• Ink color -Replicated Documents, spread over the course of time, magically have the same color blue ink on many signatures, and a darker colored ink BILL FREEMAN

The (two) ink colors do not match the originals documents. • Manipulation and changes to the revealing “Doc Routing and Exception Report”, a highly important and critical document, not required in recording, but used amongst Chase, the FDIC and Fannie Mae. The dates and actions described in this ‘Bailee’ document prove Chase did not receive ‘originals’, ever. a) The purpose of ‘Lisa’ is well explained in the following article, but it was used to sell toxic mortgages, that Chase no longer owned, to unsuspecting purchasers. b) Special Investigation: How America's Biggest Bank Paid Its Fine for the 2008 mortgage Crisis with Phony Mortgages. There is more than one controversy surrounding Mr. Sang’s report.• Robo Signing Cynthia Riley uses the recently added blue ink, the same ink color as Chase used for Mr. Freeman’s signature.• No endorsement stamp on documents by Riley appeared until 2010, when Chase first sent them. Prior notes sent have no endorsements. Mr. Freeman has a slew of copies of previously sent documents by Chase, going back to 2007, without indorsements stamped on them.• Chase went to the trouble of Manufacturing a “NEW “note, in evidence, unrecorded in Land records, in the absence of the lack of Freeman’s signature on the Town of Tiverton recorded note. The adjustable rate note document has no Freeman signature (see Tiverton Land Records). THIS new “original” was submitted to the courts in 2016, with a forged Freeman signature.• Laurie Erlandson signatures (as a VP of Chase, which she is not) are not the same on two different versions sent by Chase. January 2012 alleged modification, immediately rescinded by Mr. Freeman. The different versions sent by Morgan Lewis, are in evidence. BILL FREEMAN
SEEKING JUSTICE• The critical Assignment Document appeared in 2012, recorded in Little Compton Land Records. The analysis reveals a document assembled, not an original clean document notary invalid (see attached analysis).• Attorney's letters and other documents (particularly the Default Document and Exception Report) (DDER) were assembled from various data sources to create the impression of a whole, ‘clean’ document.• The DDER is a “bailee letter” allowing Chase attorneys to check out documents from Fannie Mae/FDIC, the actual creditor. Recently, a RICO complaint was issued by the New You, US Attorney’s office against Chase. Chase has described a secret database (the Lisa data base), also caked RCV- 1* (a separate document will discuss the DDER, which shows Chase receiving the copies of the mortgage from the FDIC in 2012, when the forgery began). This report also indicates the loan has been written off, the remains being sold to Fannie Mae under an insurance program called Texas S45. The “Lisa System” is referred to by Chase attorneys during a discussion of our examination of the “originals” and captured in mail sent by Chase to Freeman’s team of attorneys (see mail below). We believe we know why Herman wanted to limit documents we could inspect, and why he wanted to limit scope to signatures examination only. This analysis will clearly show: • Many different versions of the same document sent by Chase attorneys - clouding truth x Forged signatures were created to appear as Mr Freeman’s and other signatures are printed from an old signature stamp of Robo- Signed Documents. Collusion amongst the attorneys and their expert witness Documents showing Chase is not the creditor to Mr. Freeman • Unmistakable evidence of Fraud Upon the Court for submitting Legal Documents the attorneys KNEW were manufactured • The significant effort that was put into intentionally defrauding Mr. Freeman. Sang’s ForensicReportThe recent discovery of the use Ink Jet printers used by Chase in themanufacturing process pf the alleged “original blue ink: copies, is proof thedocuments submitted by Chase attorneys are not the originals. The fact that Herman testified that Sanghad the documents in his sole possession, is disturbing, and, most importantly,changes to the ‘original’s’ as presented to Dr. Kelley, occurred during this timewhen Mr. Sang had singular access to the files. Most often it is created from preformatted editable documents.However, if you need to edit such a file, it is better to do it with the help of thesource document. When you try to convert PDF, the layout, breaks or evenentire elements will be lost.If you open the file with help of MS Word 20016-2017 program (right click bymouse on the file > choose at the menu Open with > choose Word from a listor programs), you will discover pieces of editable text, which was combinedwith images. (The document layout will not show the pdf from which it wasconverted, e.g. images and text may slide down, there may be some errorcodes shown, etc.), because the pdf file contains a lot of graphics and originallywas saved not from Word, but from Canon imaging software. This way you canobserve the text, which was added to the images and saved in such way, as toimitate scanned document.It is impossible to rationalize this added text. Sophisticated text recognitionsystems (optical character recognition cannot “see” the normal looking textbecause of two reasons:1. Part of text in the document still presented as images in MS Word, becausethey are pieces, originally scanned as images.
