REVIEW AND EVALUATION FINISHED - The opening ceremony is successful and full of visitors, guests from GOV and other relevant department. - The event is professional, smoothly operated. The art performances are attractive and special. - The guest welcoming is careful and caring. - Conferences are diversified and useful, attractive to many guests. - Communication and marketing done well ORGANIZATION UNFINISHED - Not yet well prepared printed materials - Information provided to partners is not timely and quickly - The script of the program has not been carefully prepared, so many last- minute changes occurred - The reception of guests is still embarrassing - No agreement on organization between members Comment: In general, the event went smoothly, successfully, brought good effects and received a lot of attention from the public. SUMMARY The first Vietnam International Aviation Expo successful held is a memorable milestone of organizations, enterprises and individuals in Vietnam Aviation Industry. That is the support of Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, the consultancy of Vietnam Association on Aviation Science and Technology and the effort of GK Wintron team. From now, the VIAE is going to be held annually. That will be a place to meet and match, expand understanding and connect the enterprise societies in domestic and international aviation supply chain. Vietnam Aviation Industry truly open for all social classes to access, communicate, find out and participate in global supply chain in the period that Vietnam Aviation Industry strongly develop in region. In expo, the manufactures, investors, operators will have an overall picture to substainably develop Vietnam Aviation Industry together. Through the first VIAE, the organizer have received many advices, comments for the preparation and organization from guests and partners. The attention and support of the leaders from National Assembly, GOV, agencies, embassy, consulate general, enterprises that express their enthusiasm and commitment to accompany with the specializing event for Vietnam Aviation Industry. These include Boeing, the world's largest aircraft manufacturer, Universal Alloy Corporation, the world's leading manufacturer of aircraft components, etc… A good start will be bringing good journeys. We are looking forward to welcoming our dear partners, organizations, individuals, enterprises to participate in the second Vietnam International Aviation Expo in November, 2020.
