INTRODUCTION Robot Melfa RV–2AJ are operate by Controller unit as control all movement of Servo motor. Servo motor is located at 5 – axis. Joint 1 (Body), Joint 2 (Shoulder), Joint 3 (Elbow), Joint 4 (Pitch) and Joint 5 (Roll). This robot can operate by either teaching pendant or computer. This method can make a program and store in controller unit. It’s also can run the program by manual (using teaching pendant) or automatically (using controller unit). This robot is using COSIMIR software. We can download a program from PC to robot or upload a program from robot to PC and we can select program from controller unit.2. SPECIFICATIONS • 5 – axis movement • Movement using Servo motor. • Pneumatic gripper.

FUNCTION • To study basic robot movement and how to move the robot axis to the position were need by using teaching pendant or computer. • To study how to program the robot by using teaching pendant and computer. • To study how to run the program by manual or automatic.4.
