Last year, we encountered a mix of challenges and opportunities, but Ricoma overcame every obstacle with creativity and unwavering commitment to excellence for our customers. I am confident 2022 will be an even greater year for the company, for our clients, our partners, and distributors as we continue to lead and innovate into the future. Our first quarter has been a successful one in several ways. From our presence at this year’s Impressions Expo in Long Beach, California, to the launch of the company’s New Ambassador Program, Ricoma continues to grow in many areas. We also have plans to continue updating and innovating our current products that will assist thousands of people in over 160 countries to start and grow their own custom apparel business. Brand awareness and customer outreach will be especially important in our marketing and sales strategy in the coming months and our teams are committed to elevating the brand to new levels of achievement. As the company progresses through 2022, I want to emphasize that our goal is to enable Ricoma to be the go-to-brand for custom apparel decorators and entrepreneurs who want to succeed in this lucrative industry. For 2022, we set up the biggest booth we've ever had at any trade show due to large number of new products showcased. During the event, our sales representatives communicated with potential customers, and our service technicians answered questions attendees had about our machines. We even showcased our signature MT-2001-8S machine, the industry’s first and only 20-needle embroidery machine that delivers more productivity and efficiency. 2022 Garment Screen & Embroidery Expo Ricoma leaves a positive impression with consumers in Thailand The 2022 Garment Screen & Embroidery Expo was held in Thailand from March 24-27 with a diverse display of high-quality embroidery machines, heat presses, and accessories. Event attendees had the opportunity to view Ricoma’s latest models that demonstrate industry-leading technology and quality craftsmanship. In a research study conducted between 2019 and 2022, collected market data projects that Thailand’s apparel and accessories market will grow at an annual rate of 6.3%, leading to an increased overall market value of 605 billion baht.
