Our Programs 1 Menstrual Hygiene Management We provide young girls from our targeted communities with menstrual hygiene education and reusable menstrual products to empower and enable them to stay in school and become competitive with their male peers 2 Entrepreneurial Leadership Training we provide entrepreneurship training that consists of a session on business ideas generation for students to be empowered to be financially independent at a young age. We also provide a more robust program to young women, which also includes training on financial management 3 Sexual Reproductive Health Education Driven by community-level interventions that aim at providing reproductive health education and services for adolescent girls in the rural areas of Sierra Leone through intensified behavior change communication, CSE for adolescents, awareness-raising, and service delivery to mitigate the risk and incidence of sexual abuse and violence as well as teenage pregnancy in Sierra Leone.
