They areboth lovely warm, friendly people with a great sense of humour and extremelyhigh standards and we can only add to the amazing and well deservedreferences they already have. This is the second time we have used TrustedHouseSitters and Jodie and Nat didn't disappoint, they were brilliant. We came back to an immaculate, house, garden, pool and car which we knowis no easy task in this very difficult tropical climate and more importantly ourbeloved cats had clearly been very well looked after and were very contentedand happy. Jodie and Nat even cooked us dinner the night before we left andagain on our return which was really lovely.Our holiday was enjoyable because we had peace of mind knowing everythingwas being taken care of. \"Nat and Jodie first came to Delenia in 2014 after presenting me with a very creative solution to my issueof securing quality house sitters throughout the winter months of November - April each year, which is theoff season of renting out my large and remote property on Airbnb. For two years, from November to April, Nat and Jodie ran the House Sitting Academy Live experience,where they hosted and co-ordinated house sitters from all over the world to come and look after myproperty. My property is one of a kind. So much so, it is featured as one of Airbnb’s top 40 properties in the world.Containing 5 buildings and massive grounds, it is situated on the island of Evia in Greece, where it takes20 minutes of driving on a very rough, often washed out roads to get to, perched high on the cliffs of theAegean Sea. The weather at the property is extreme, especially in winter months, with fierce winds lashingand sudden rain and storms taking out power, water and all connection to the outside world. Basically theproperty is by no means for the faint hearted! It was under these conditions that Nat and Jodie took this property on during the 2014-15 and 2015-16winter seasons, always ensuring that quality house sitters were at the property to look after my dog, 3 cats,macaw parrot and chickens. And I have to say that Nat and Jodie did nothing short of an exceptional job during their time at Deleniaover those 2 years. During their stay they not only managed and co-ordinated the tribe of house sitters, butthey themselves ensured that animals were feed and looked after daily, that the extensive gardens werecompletely cut back and maintained (a massive feat in itself), the car was served as required, tradesmenwere managed, and the buildings cleaned regularly. They not only maintained the property, but the love, care and energy they injected into it completelychanged the look and feel of Delenia for the better during the time they were there. And in a property thatcan decline quickly under such harsh climatic and environmental conditions that is no mean feat. Seriously Nat and Jodie’s suggestion of running the Live Academy really was a Godsend for me. Knowingthat the property was completely taken care of during those winter months allowed me complete peace ofmind so I could continue my life and work in London without concern.
