When the Sin and its opposite are in balance, Man takes rebirth on earth. Birth or deliverence depend on the Karmas performed by man If you love your body. It runs after earthly joys As the rider on horseback Looks after his horse with utmost care we too should look after our body on the same lines Let the body be the fit vehicel to attain self-realisation and deliverence It must be the ultimate goal of man.184 SAI SWARANJALI

Man is so foolish that he digs a well though he lives by the river Living in God keeping him in his heartMan searches for him everywhere being unable to know the Truth God dwells in our heart All forms are of God Himself Except Him, all are illusony.SAI SWARANJALI 185

The modern man's life is hectic He has neither leisure nor patience to reach GodMeaningless competetion, comparison, arguements, shares, pressure and anxiety conceal man's knowledge Man remembers God only during problems I came to transform your minds welcome me into your hearts.SAI SWARANJALI 189

Anger is like lava It turns into ashes throughout the way it flows So, when you get angry get it under control as soon as you can. Let it become cool before it erupts Anger first arises out of our mind Later it gets into your eyes and then in to your hands It dips you in Sadism It affects your mind It tires you physically It paralyses your energy It hurts others It makes your children afraid It creates discomfort in you and in those around youwhen such is the case, why do you invite the vice? Keep all your fears as a heap, at a place Leave your physical and mental woes unto me Don't respond too much to the worries that arise out of the effect of your 'Karmas' of your previous birth If you respond to every situation that encounters you, beyond a certain level you will be frustrated. Frustration is the result of fear Fear is the out come of your faithlessnes for me Frustration is another name for mental turmoil It is a menace to your spiritual progress So give all your fears and hesitations to me in a heap.
