As a “mentor” for the Project Managers of the firm, Frank leads production effort of deliveringcomprehensive construction documents. He also assists Project Managers in the development of Drawing Standardsand Project Management Strategies.Additionally, Frank’s responsibilities include coordination with the Construction Administration staff during the De-sign process, so that he and the production staff can use their feedback during the preparation of ConstructionDocuments. During the design phase, he prepares opinions of probablecost in order to establish project budgets. He also monitors and reviews designdocuments for adherence to established budgets and continuity of biddingdocuments. Once projects are in the bidding stage, he assists the client in evaluatingthe bids and makes award recommendations.His responsibilities during the construction phase of a project include reviewing and processing submittal data andrequests for information, and coordinating all communication between contractors and design personnel. He reviewsand makes recommendations on contractors’ applications for payment and requests for change orders. Additionally, Mr.Strickland performs field observations and prepares field reports to document construction progress andadherence to design documents. If any discrepancies arise, he coordinates the resolution of field problems and acts asliaison between construction and design personnel. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Phase 1 Student Housing – Daytona Beach, FloridaClient: Embry Riddle Aeronautical UniversityLocation: Daytona Beach, FloridaPrincipal-in-Charge: Ricardo E. Quinones, AIA, LEED®AP BD+CDate of Completion: 2017This project included the new construction of a five story student residence hall. The site needed extensive improvementsbefore construction could begin. Included in this project is 659 Beds with a total of 144,411 square feet. The total cost ofthe project was $23.4 million and construction was completed within an 11 month time frame. The building has a steelframe and has waterproofing.

Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Phase 1 Student Housing – Daytona Beach, Florida

Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Phase 2 Student Housing and Dining Facility – Daytona Beach, FloridaClient: Embry Riddle Aeronautical UniversityLocation: Daytona Beach, FloridaPrincipal-in-Charge: Ricardo E. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Student Housing – Prescott, ArizonaClient: Embry Riddle Aeronautical UniversityLocation: Prescott, ArizonaPrincipal-in-Charge: Ricardo E. Quinones, AIA, LEED®AP BD+CDate of Completion: Fall 2018This design consists of a 280 Bed Residence Hall with 3 floors.Amenities included will be Study Rooms and Lounges, GameRoom, Theatre Room, and Fitness Area and has a projectedsquare foot total of 72,000. The target construction delivery forthis project is expected to be Fall of 2018.

Flagler College Student Housing – St. Augustine, FloridaClient: Flagler CollegeLocation: St. Augustine, FloridaPrincipal-in-Charge: Ricardo E. Quinones, AIA, LEED®AP BD+CDate of Completion: Fall 2017This design consists of a 150 Bed Residence Hall with 3 floors consistingof 55,000 square feet. It has an additional 5 Floor, 560 space ParkingGarage and a 13,000 square foot Commons Area. The Parking Garageis complete and the Residence Hall will be ready for Students in the Fallof 2017.

Florida Polytechnic University Phase 1 Student Housing – Lakeland, FloridaClient: Florida Polytechnic UniversityLocation: Lakeland, FloridaPrincipal-in-Charge: Ricardo E. Quinones, AIA, LEED®AP BD+CDate of Completion: 2014This design consists of a 219 Bed Residence Hall with 5 floorsconsisting of 90,000 square feet. The building is made up of a steelframe and construction was completed within an 8 month timeperiod. The facility includes several student lounges, study halls,game room, fitness area, and bistro.

Florida Polytechnic University Phase 2 Student Housing – Lakeland, FloridaClient: Florida Polytechnic UniversityLocation: Lakeland, FloridaPrincipal-in-Charge: Ricardo E. Quinones, AIA, LEED®AP BD+CDate of Completion: Fall 2016This project consists of a 538 Bed Residence Hall with 5 Floors consisting of 134,843 square feet. The building is madeup of a steel frame and construction was completed within a 12 month time frame. The facility includes bistro areas,student lounges and study rooms, outdoor pool and clubhouse, as well as a game room and fitness area.

Jacksonville University Dolphin Dorms Student Housing – Jacksonville, FloridaClient: Jacksonville UniversityLocation: Jacksonville, FloridaPrincipal-in-Charge: Jose M. Perez, AIA, CGC, LEED®AP BD+CDate of Completion: Fall 2015This dormitory style, four story student housing building at Jacksonville University is laid out in a three-wing designand is the first phase in a multi-phase housing initiative for the campus. The building features 144 units of doubleoccupancy. The 69,000 square foot building was completed in an accelerated 10 month construction time frameto ensure availability for the fall 2015 semester. Amenities include student lounges, study rooms, communalkitchen facilities and kitchenettes, conference rooms, and laundry facilities.

Perez, AIA, CGC, LEED®AP BD+CDate of Completion: Fall 2009The Flats at Kernan community is adjacent to the University of North Florida campus. The complex features 192apartment style units. It provides a greatly needed off-campus housing alternative to students and faculty at UNF. On-site amenities include a modern community center, game room, computer labs, resort style pool and spa, fitness center,and basketball court. The project incorporated a number of green practices.

Flats at Mallard Creek Off-Campus Student Housing – UNC CharlotteClient: University of North Carolina CharlotteLocation: Charlotte, North CarolinaPrincipal-in-Charge: Ricardo E. Quinones, AIA, LEED®AP BD+CDate of Completion: 2010Located within walking distance of the University of North Carolina atCharlotte, the Flats at Mallard Creek features 113 units in 2, 3, and 4bedroom floor plans. The sophisticated and modern 115,000 sq. ft.complex features a beautiful resort style swimming pool, an athleticarea with an indoor basketball court and fitness room, study lounges,game rooms, and multi-purpose spaces. To address the significant sitegrading issues, the complex contains two buildings; one is threestories, the other is four stories.

The complex features state-of-the-art amenities including a fitness center, luxury swimmingpool, entertainment rooms, outdoor patios and communitycenters.
