5 PT. GARUDA SATRIA MANUNGGAL LATAR BELAKANG Keamanan atau rasa aman adalah kebutuhan bagi setiap manusia dalam melaksanakan kehidupan, baik secara individu maupun bermasyarakat. Dengan terjaminnya perasaan aman, maka setiap individu dan kelompok sosial / masyarakat akan dapat menjalankan aktivitas atau kegiatan dengan baik, sehingga target kehidu pan sehari-hari dapat tercapai. Atas dasar kebutuhan itu, maka BINMAS POLRI mengeluarkan kebijakan yang mengizinkan masyarakat umum untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam penyelenggaraan keamanan swakarsa yang dikeluarkan oleh POLRI. Menyadari hal tersebut, maka untuk menciptakan keamanan yang terkoodinir harus dimulai dari personil anggota satuan pengamanan (SATPAM) yang direkrut dengan standar dasar dan pendidikan tertentu, sehingga dapat bekerja secara professional serta cepat dan tanggap terhadap situasi keamanan di lingkungan tempat bekerja. BACKGROUND Security or secure feels is a necessity for every human being in implementing lives, either individually or in a community. With a sense of security, then each individual and social group / community will be able to carry out the activity or activities, so the daily life target can be achieved. Based on that needs, therefore Indonesia Police issued a policy that allows the common public to participate in the implementation of private security. Recognizing this, then to create a structured security should start from security members (security guards) were recruited with basic standards and specific education, so they can work professionally as well as quick and responsive to handle all security situations in their premises.

PT. GARUDA SATRIA MANUNGGAL 6 PROFILE PT. Garuda Satria Manunggal (PT. GSM) didirikan pada tahun 2015 di Tangerang dengan Akta Pendirian Notaris Muhammad Firmansyah, S.H., M.Kn. nomor 1 tanggal 16 Januari 2015 , dimana pada awalnya PT. GSM berkonsentrasi menjadi salah satu trader bagi para distributor penyalur bahan bakar minyak (solar industri). Kemudian pada tahun 2017 terjadi perubahan kepengurusan dengan masuknya 2 orang pemegang saham yang baru dengan spesialisasi di bidangnya masing-masing dilandaskan hukum dengan Akta Perjan-jian Kesepakatan Notaris Adetya Budiyanti Djatmiko, S.H., M.Kn., Nomor 7 tanggal 27 Februari 2017. Pemilik saham yang satu memang sudah berpengalaman di bidang security dan safety dan pernah bekerja di salah satu perusahaan migas berskala internasional, dan pemegang saham yang lain adalah pemilik dari salah satu restoran steak terkemuka di Indonesia. Misi yang baru selain berkonsentrasi di penjualan BBM Industri, yaitu untuk memberikan dukungan terhadap Perusahaan yang sudah ada sebelumnya, yang dimana semenjak tahun 2003 perusahaan tersebut sudah banyak pengalaman di dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengamanan dari mulai Rumah Sakit, Bank, Pabrik Mobil & Motor, Instansi Pemerintah dan lainnya. Seiring perkembangan jaman, maka PT. GSM tidak hanya memberikan support di bidang jasa pengamanan saja, tetapi juga menge- lola beberapa sistim outsourcing lainnya seperti yang tertera di dalam UU nomor 13/ tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, yakni : • Usaha tenaga pengamanan (security service) • Usaha pelayanan kebersihan (cleaning service) • Usaha penyediaan makanan (catering service) • Usaha penyediaan angkutan (transportation/taxi service) • Usaha penyedian dan pengelolaan lahan parkir (parking service) PT. Garuda Satria Manunggal (PT. GSM) was established in 2015 in Tangerang with the Notarial Deed of Establishment Muhammad Firmansyah, S.H., M.Kn. No 1 /dated January 16, 2015, where at first PT. GSM concentrates on being one of the traders for distributors of fuel oil suppliers (diesel fuel). Then in 2017 there was a change of management with the entry of 2 new shareholders specializing in their respective fields based on the law with the Deed of Agreement of Notary Adetya Budiyanti Djatmiko, SH, M.Kn., No 7/ dated February 27, 2017. The shareholders is experienced in the security & safety matter and formerly worked in one of the international oil and gas companies, and the other shareholders are the owners of one of the famous steak restaurants in Indonesia. The new mission in addition to concentrating on Industrial BBM sales, namely to provide support for existing companies, which since 2003 the company has a lot of experience in carrying out security activities from starting hospitals, banks, car & motor factories, government agencies and others. As time goes by, PT.
