Who Is AutoAnything?    We are an eCommerce supplier of automotive accessories –  “anything” you need for your “auto”. If you haven’t already,  check out our website at www.autoanything.com to view the  wide range of manufacturers’ products we offer to our  customers.    While price and availability of products are key, SERVICE and  INNOVATION are how we differentiate ourselves, develop a  loyal customer base, and drive repeat business.    We all work together, with each of our teams providing a  critical piece to enhance the overall customer experience and  profitability of the company.
The AutoAnything Team     Customer Service Team provides personal attention to our   customers, monitors and responds regarding order status, and   ensures quality across the order life cycle.     Sales Team listens to our customers to develop an understanding of   their distinct circumstances and needs while building and fostering a   strong, professional relationship. As front-line product experts, a   comprehensive knowledge of specifications and features aid in   providing ideal product recommendations.     Marketing & Merchandising Team collaborates with hundreds of   vendor partners and builds unique campaigns to create a remarkable   online experience for our millions of customers.     IT and Engineering Team provides technical support to our internal   customers and creates the software that powers the company’s   business.     Operations & Vendor Relations Team is responsible for building   and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure the lifecycle   health of supply chain operates efficiently while monitoring   compliance based on contractual obligations.     Finance Team reports on and manages the cash flow both in and out   of our company.     Human Resources Team provides support for our employees to   ensure their needs are met and questions are answered so you can   focus on the work you do.     Leadership Team provides the vision and develops the roadmap to   keep us all heading in the most productive direction!
What happens now that  I’ve accepted an offer  of employment?    You will receive an email from our background investigation  vendor, GoodHire, asking you to authorize them to run a basic  background report.    When that report comes back clear, you will be sent an email from our  Human Resources System, Rippling, inviting you to set up your  payroll account and complete your new hire forms online. Instead of  completing cumbersome forms, your Rippling account will allow you  to:    Keep your         Set up or     View your  View the   Make any group    personal     change your      pay stubs  Company        insurance                                                           elections or  information  direct deposit or  and W2s    Org Chart                                                        eligible changes   up to date    withholdings    On your first day of employment you will receive an email from our  timekeeping vendor, TSheets, inviting you to set up your timekeeping  account. All employees, regardless of status, need to set up an  account. All employees will use this account to request time off and to  view any time-off accruals, such as sick, vacation and holiday hours.    Hourly employees will also use this account to log time for payroll  reporting.
What Group Insurance  Benefits do you offer and  how much do they cost?     We offer our regular, full-time employees a competitive suite of   group insurance plans with a good portion paid for by the Company. Do you have a 401(k) Plan?     We offer eligible employees the opportunity to sign up for our   401(k) Plan and we provide a generous company match   (100% of the first 5% you contribute and 50% of the next 2%   that you contribute) with no vesting schedule. This means   that any money contributed by AutoAnything as a matching   contribution is yours to keep as soon as it is put into your   account.     Once you have met the three (3) month waiting period, you   will receive an email from our 401(k) vendor, Human   Interest, inviting you to sign up.     Their app will also allow you to make changes at any time to   your contribution level and/or investment options.
What Paid Time Off do  you offer?
