MEET THE FOUNDER NICOLE GIBSON is known as a multi -award winning social entrepreneur, but she prefers to be seen as an unstoppable messenger of love & human potential; personally impacting over 300,000 people worldwide with her unconventional models of community development & transformation. Currently Nicole is the CEO of a global movement, Love Out Loud, which is engaging 4% of the global populous by the end of 2020, to successfully facilitate the world’s largest love-based movement. LOVE OUT LOUD IS FACILITATING THE WORLD’S LARGEST LOVE-BASED MOVEMENT 4By engaging % of the global populous by the end of 2020 CURRENT REACH TENS OF 300,000+ INFINITE COUNTRIES PEOPLE CONNECTIONS

GLOBAL CONTEXT Love Out Loud is a global movement. Our vision is to engage 4% of the global populous by the end of 2020, as a means to rewrite the most haunting statistic of our time; that state mental health challenges will be the leading health epidemic in all recorded human history by 2020. Through engaging individuals, communities & workplaces in our love-based methodologies and philosophies through seminars, high-level retreats, organisational/bureaucratic consultation/training and cutting-edge digital content, we inspire profound change in the global landscape; moving us from fear-based perspectives on life, to expansive, creative & free ways of co-operating & existing. DID YOU KNOW 1 Bureaucratic systems are no longer working. With an increased amount invested in mental health every year, mental health rates continue to rise. There is a critical foundation to this solution we continue to overlook; human connectedness, learning what it truly means to hear and see each other. 2 Many people (of all ages) have approached our team after seminars, workshops & presentations voicing that they found more healing in our space, than in years of psychotherapies. 3 People are most vulnerable during periods of change and transition, yet the shifting and changing nature of identity is often misunderstood or neglected in modern day society, which puts significance on individualism and significance. We rarely have access to well facilitated, conscious rites of passage. 4 Our cultural narratives are not serving the emotional or spiritual needs of humanity. 5 Communication is a skill that can be developed through education & empowerment. 6 Healing is a natural process, which is more about establishing space for healing, rather than being autorotative and directive as a practitioner.

MODEL OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING Through the engagement of hundreds of thousands of • Facilitate service providers to a deeper understanding of how to people we’ve recognised that healing from a mental health create meaningful connection and cut through desensitisation. complication or challenge is largely about being seen by your • Educate practitioners in transformational change rather than community (and self-recognising) in a different way. It’s a transactional change (rites of passage work); the process of transition, shedding of identity (story), and an establishment of a new one. holding people in a space of “notknowing” (enquiry), acknowledging an individual as whole and healed, rather than seeing the illness. There is a model of transformation that we have used in our work for many years, which will also (experientially) inform • Reignite humanity in environments that often lean towards the training I will do with these services. This process is called bureaucracy. ‘Rites of Passage’, which explore the three main steps of transformation change (rather than transactional change). • Reigniting community mindset and community responsibility in prevention/early intervention. TARGETS FOCUS 1 Separation From Comfort Zone 1 Acknowledgement & Presence 2 Challenge 2 Self-awareness & Emotional Regulation 3 Acknowledgement & Reintegration 3 Moving Beyond Unconscious Bias Model

FULL DAY EXPERIENTIAL 4% SEMINAR THIS TRAINING CAN BE ADAPTED TO SHORTER SESSIONS FROM 90 MINUTES – HALF DAY – FULL DAY CENTRAL QUESTION: “HOW DO WE CREATE MEANINGFUL CONNECTION?” SESSION 1 • Background & research (unique insights and findings) DURATION: 2 HOURS • Introduction to ‘Rites of Passage’ • Understanding space & presence SESSION 2 DURATION: 2 HOURS EXPLORATION OF THESE THREE ELEMENTS OF CREATING MEANINGFUL CONNECTION: • Acknowledgement & presence SESSION 3 • Self-awareness & emotional regulation DURATION: 2 HOURS • Moving from unconscious bias SESSION 4 LINKS BETWEEN MENTAL HEALTH & IDENTITY: DEBRIEF: 2 HOURS • Holding true space for healing • Moving from fear-based thinking to lovebased thinking • Seeing the client beyond their current identity DEBRIEFING SESSION: • Idea sharing & co-design
