Table of Contents
Add
Click the "Add" button to add an item, and then input title and page for the item.
Add Child
Click "Add child" to add a sub item and set title and page.
Move Up
Click "Move Up" to move selected item upwards.
Move Down
Click "Move Down" to move selected item downwards.
Export
Click "Export" export the Table of Contents and save it in TXT file.
Import
Click "Import" to import a Table of Content (the TXT file you exported).
Delete
Click the "Delete" button to delete a selected item.
