Self- management Summer Connection Wellbeing Booklet
Over the past year, RAMH have adapted to support people in the most challenging circumstances. We have put together some of the resources we used in self-management using the CHIME recovery model to improve wellbeing and self-care. This booklet has ideas on physical exercise and healthy eating for a healthy mind and body. You can get outdoors then have a good healthy meal to come home to.
