Hello everyone, Welcome to the second issue of the internal newsletter. The first newsletter was a success and we hope you have found the information useful. This is a working progress, so if there is anything you would like to see included in our newsletter, you just need to ask. Cannock Training RoomWe have designed and created a state of the art training room in our Cannock branch.This is still a working progress but it will allow us to offer training to businesses in thatregion without having to travel to Peterborough.What do you think? Page | 3

Trowbridge BranchOur Trowbridge branch is coming along nicely, the contracts have been signed andthe works have begun. Trade Shows 2019 As a business, we now feel that we are at the point where we are able to take part in trade shows alongside some big names. We have signed up to all of the Elex shows and the Fire Safety North shows. Below are the months we wil be at the shows. Got an idea on how we can turn heads at these events? Advertising Illumino Ignis LtdWe had a busy end to the year and we have busy 2019 on advertising, we haveagreed on many different magazine advertisements. Have a look at our timelinebelow for when you can expect to see our adverts.January 2019 January sees the start of our ‘Professional Electrician’ campaign. We are involved in the professional electrician publication and also the professional electrician wholesaler publication. Artwork is to be confirmed, but we will have copies of each publication. January will also see us advertise in the ECA Pack which is every 6 months and targets 10,000 electrical contractors who have signed up to a pack of advertisements and brochures. Our artwork is not yet confirmed.March 2019 In March, we see the second issues of the year for professional electrican and professional electrician wholesaler. We are advertising Illumino and our services in all of these publications, with the idea of our brand being a one stop shop for every customer which comes through our doors. Page | 7

Other Marketing 2019 will see Illumino in the face of every person and business possible. The aim is to be involved with as much as we possibly can in order to create opportunities across the whole business. Have you seen somewhere which would be great for advertising? Let us know!
