HEALTH AND SAFETY DURING GROUND TRAININGS We are closely monitoring the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic and we are closely following the latest guidance from the relevant authorities. We understand this is a concerning time and people want to protect themselves; standard hygiene practices not only help prevent the spread of these novel viral illnesses, but also more common viruses. As we always recommend, if you have been ill or have any signs of illness within 24 hours prior to the class (fever, cough, breathing difficulties/shortness of breath, or other symptoms) you should not attend training and instead follow the sick leave pocedure.

DURING TRAINING We always encourage you to use common sense and make use of all the available means to keep yourself and your colleagues safe . As a minimum please: Keep distancing Perform hand hygiene and disinfection Use face covering • The chairs will always be positioned in order to provide 1.5 meter of separation of trainees and instructors , as well as no physical contact for the practical parts. ➢ Instructors and trainees must perform hand hygiene using soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol and should be used before and after handling equipment. ➢ Instructors and trainees must have face coverings during class and while in the facility. • wear the mask properly • change the mask every 3-4 hours ,or in case you sneeze, or it becomes humid • Avoid touching your face if your hands are not clean
