DOCUMENTATIONAlarm! At exactly 9:00 AM for the morning and 2:00 PM in the afternoon alarm is sound. The learners are quickly response. DUCK, COVER and HOLD. After a one minute alarm, learners are immediately evacuated their rooms and go to evacuation place assigned to them.

Learners are settled in their designated safety evacuation area with their adviser. The teacher checked and make sure that all students are accounted for and no one left on the classrooms.

The parents who did not participate in the said drill.TPES Batang Emergency Response Team (BERT) headed by Mr. Rowel S. Borja showing their skills as a trained first aider. And some of them help to go around checking the buildings.Mr. Rowel S. Borja TPESDRRM Assistant Coordinator discussed what he observed on the conducted drill, and giving some thoughts for making the next drill more successful.

Tabaquuirao, gathered on December 15, 2017 to talk and plan for the forthcomingactivity. At exactly 9:00 in the morning of December 15, 2017, Timoteo Paez Elementary Schoolsounds its alarm as we join in the 4th NSED. The morning session Kindergarten, Grades 1, 3, and 6pupils, teachers and non-teaching personnel participated actively in the drill. The same drill was conducted for the afternoon session, Grades 2, 4, and 5 and some ofthe parents set at 2:00 PM, Kindergarten pupils in the afternoon did not attend. In this Pm sessiondrill all of the pupils, teachers and non-teaching personnel are activiely participated. But in a sad

Please elaborate The twigs over the evacuation area, the elbow type ramp in front of the Building 4, and the clogging of drill participants in the left wing of Building 310. How long that it take for all the drill participants to vacate the building and time to reach the designated evacuation area? It takes 6 minutes for the AM Session, and 7 minutes for the PM Session to reach their designated area in the school grounds.11. Did the drill participants A. Stay in the evacuation area B.
