December 4, 2021 Hello everyone, ATTACHMENTS for November 2021: • Allocation Report • Profit & Loss Statement • Balance Statement • Corporate Minutes • Pastor Dave Everett’s – Salary Compensation Agreement - 2022 • Request for Housing Exclusion - 2022 • Housing Exclusion Worksheet - 2022 • Housing Allowance Designation - 2022 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS: • Total Income NOV 2021 - $1,502.14 • Total Income YTD 2021 - $32,525.70 • Net Income NOV 2021 – 307.24 • Net Income YTD 2021 – $7,896.20 OTHER NEWS: • We had a good month financially speaking. • Based on our Zoom Meeting last month we need to decide on my Salary for 2022. Sherry and I must recuse ourselves from any decision made regarding my compensation and all decisions need to be made before I can be paid in 2022. That said, I have attached (4) documents to this Meeting’s Flipbook. The first one is my Salary Compensation Agreement for 2022. It is my recommendation to the board to maintain my salary @ $100/mo until we see and increase in the church’s monthly revenue. We have been in the black for several months with the new budget established last year. But I would like to see us maintain that for a little longer. Please know, we are always open to any suggestions. The Salary Compensation Agreement reflects everything I just shared. Nothing else has changed in the Salary Compensation Agreement except for the dates. In addition, I have included (3) documents regarding my Housing Allowance. o Request for Housing Exclusion – This is my formal cover letter to the board (employer), requesting housing allowance in 2022 as explained in the document. Enabling others to become Established in their Identity; Equipped in His Word; Empowered to Fulfill Their Destiny! 5021 Verdugo Way, Suite 105-342, Camarillo, CA 93012  (909) 657-3854 [email protected]  www.LightHouseDiscipleship.org

o Housing Exclusion Worksheet – This worksheet is supposed to accompany the previous Request Form. Together both of these documents outline the reasonable limit of Housing I would normally be allotted for the upcoming calendar year if my pay was more. Being that my salary is currently low, it is documented that my Salary Compensation Agreement falls within that reasonable limit. o Housing Allowance Designation – this is the board’s official response back to me (the employee). Each year I have each board member sign this document. My plan this year, is that once the board establishes my Salary Compensation for 2022, we will have Sherry our interim Secretary/Treasurer her designated locations on the Salary Compensation Agreement and then we will either meet or mail this Housing Allowance Designation document to each of you, who are out of the area, with a return envelope to mail it back to us. Together, this will satisfy the requirements for this annual process. What needs to be done at this meeting (at latest next meeting) is for the board to decide on my Salary amount. Once this decision has been made we will move forward with getting everyone’s signatures where needed. If we need to revise anything those revisions will be made before accordingly. ACTION ITEMS: • Please approve / disapprove the November Financial Reports. • Please approve / disapprove the November Corporate Minutes. • Please approve / disapprove Pastor Dave’s Salary Compensation of $100/mo. ($1,200/annually). • If disapprove, please provide your proposal. 2

Pursuant to the above, this agreement shall not be altered, in any manner, except through mutual consent of the parties in a written amendment hereto. ARTICLE II CHURCH RIGHTS The Employee recognizes that the Legal Board of Trustees (hereinafter the “Board”) of the Church has the responsibility and authority to manage and direct, on behalf of the Church, all operations and activities of the Church, both to the fullest extent authorized by law and the constitution and bylaws of the Church, and in any manner of decision it shall deem appropriate limited only by violation of the provisions in this agreement. ARTICLE III DURATION OF AGREEMENT The Board agrees that this agreement shall be incorporated in the minutes of the meeting of the board and shall become part of the regulations and policies of the Church. This agreement shall be effective on January 1, 2022, and shall continue in effect until a new pastoral agreement is duly executed or until such time as it is terminated in accordance with Article IV of this agreement.
