THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN“And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is ofthe seven, and goeth into perdition (destruction).” Who are these seven kings? They are the same sevenhorns that were left on the head of the fourth beast in the 7thchapter of Daniel, after three had been plucked up by the roots. We named six of them. They were Justinian, Charlemagne, Ottothe Great, Charles V, Napoleon, and Benito Mussolini. The reasonwe can name only six is due to the fact that the European Com-mon Market has just come together. The 7th horn will come topower in the days of these ten nations, accompanied by the pope, who will lead them into war against Russia (Gog & Magog) andfinally, against Jesus, at his second coming. So now we can saysix are fallen and one is not yet come. 42

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Chapter IVTHE ORIGIN OF THE SEVEN HEADS AND TEN HORNS 43

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENTHE ORIGIN OF THE SEVEN HEADS AND TEN HORNS Earlier, we said that the temporal leader (king, president,or emperor) was called a beast, also as was the empire. This man-beast is what Revelation 17:11 is referring to. It says, “And thebeast that was and is not, even he is the eighth…” One would ask,the eight what? The eighth one to put together and lead this pow-erful gentile dynasty, Babylon. Why did we say Babylon insteadof Rome? Because, it doesn’t matter how many rulers there were, they could only rule over the kingdom that Nebuchadnezzar hadalready started. The six men (horns) that we named were not able to putthe ancient Roman Empire back together. Therefore, they couldnot be counted as heads of the world dominating power. But theseventh and last horn will put it back together. That will put himin league with the head of the (1) lion, (2) bear, (3,4,5,6), thefour heads of the leopard, and (7) the beast with one head and tenhorns. This is because he will have healed the beast whose headwas mortally wounded and left to die. Even though the beast that he will heal will be the revivedRoman Empire, it will take as much maneuvering to put it togeth-er as it did in the days of Octavian Augustus, the first true RomanEmpire. This man-beast is the seventh and last horn left on thehead of the head of the fourth beast in Daniel 7:7. In essence, hecame from among the seven but he will be the eighth (8) leaderof the great gentile dynasty, Babylon. Therefore, he will be justlycalled the eighth head, the leader of the beast with seven headsand ten horns. Revelation 17:12 says “And the ten horns whichthou sawest are ten kings, (the leaders of the ten nations that makeup the Common Market) which have received no kingdom as yet;but receive power as kings one hour with the beast (the man thatis called the beast).” Why did John write that the ten kings had received nokingdom as of yet? The reason is because the European CommonMarket did not come into existence until after the Second WorldWar. “It was first formed in 1951 as the Coal and Steel Commu-nity, which included Belgium, France, the German Federation 44

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENRepublic, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and of course, Italy. Italythen took the initiative in the agreements leading to the Treaty ofRome of 1957 that set up the six-member European EconomicCommunity (E.E.C.).” This once six-member community has grown and mayfluctuate, but will eventually settle at ten and is now known as theEuropean Common Market. (Rev. 17:14), “These shall make warwith the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them; for he is Lordof Lords and King of Kings…” The Lamb is Jesus. Earlier, we spoke of the great Gentile dynasty and calledit Babylon. Why? Because, the bible called it that. See Revelation17:5 “And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY,BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS ANDABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” This chapter tells us a lot if we have eyes and the under-standing to recognize it. First, it tells us about a church that theBible calls a whore and the mother of harlots (whores). If thiswhore is a mother of whores, then we are correct in calling herthe MOTHER CHURCH. If you find the religion that calls itselfChristian, that produced ninety percent of all of the religions thatcall themselves Christians; you will know who the whore is andher children, regardless of their denomination. The main reason this organization is called Babylon theGreat is because Babylon was the first kingdom to dominate andrule the world. Even though the other three nations, Medo-Persia,Greece, and Rome, rose to power and took control of the world, they could only rule that which Babylon had ruled already. Thus, the kingdom was Babylon’s and everyone else was ruling over anEmpire that had already been established. 45

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Chapter VSPIRITUAL BLINDNESS OF MAN 46

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS OF MAN The movements of the four beasts have been documentedin the history books of just about every nation that knows how touse pen and paper. Therefore, why have they gone almost unno-ticed? The reason is because the inhabitants of the earth have beenblinded through spiritual intoxication. In order to see how this was done, we will go to Revela-tion 17:1-4 and have a look at the woman that is riding the beastand a closer look at the golden cup in her hand, full of abomina-tions and filthiness of her fornication. Also, we will see how theinhabitants of the earth were made drunk with the wine that wasin the cup. (Verse 1) “And there came one of the seven angelswhich had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me,Come hither: I will shew unto thee the judgment of the greatwhore that sitteth upon many waters.” (Verse 2) “With whom thekings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitantsof the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her forni-cation.” (Verse 3) “So he carried me away in the spirit into thewilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.”(Verse 4) “And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet co-lour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, havinga golden cup in her hand full of the abomination and filthiness ofher fornication.” 47

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN“The woman represents the false church; the cup full of wine in her hand represents false doctrine.” 48

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN First, let us see what kind of drunkenness the inhabitantsof the earth are suffering from: Isaiah 29:9-16 (Verse 9) “Stayyourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, butnot with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.” (Verse 10)“For the Lord hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seershath he covered.” (Verse 11) “And the vision of all is becomeunto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliverto one that is learned, saying Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, Icannot; for it is sealed:” (Verse 12) “And the book is delivered tohim that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith,I am not learned.” (Verse 13) “Wherefore the Lord said, Foras-much as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with theirlips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, andtheir fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:” (Verse 14)“Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvelous work amongthis people, even a marvelous work and a wonder: for the wisdomof their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their pru-dent men shall be hid.” (Verse 15) “Woe unto them that seek deepto hide their counsel from the Lord, and their works are in thedark, and they say, Who seeth us? And who knoweth us?” (Verse16) “Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemedas the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, Hemade me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it,He had no understanding?” These scriptures clearly tell us that the inhabitants of theearth are made drunk through false doctrine, paraphrasing, andpersonal interpretations of God’s word. Men have turned theWord of God upside down and have removed the true meaningthat God intended. In St. Matthew, chapter 15, the scribes andPharisees asked Jesus why the disciples transgress the traditionof the elders. Jesus said in Matthew 15:9, “But in vain they doworship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” See St. Matthew 15:1-9. (Verse 1) “Then came to Jesusscribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,” (Verse2) “Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? Forthey wash not their hands when they eat bread.” (Verse 3) “Buthe answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the 49

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENcommandment of God by your tradition?” (Verse 4) “For God commanded, saying, Honour thyfather and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let himdie the death.” (Verse 5) “But ye say, whosoever shall say to hisfather or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightestbe profited by me;” (Verse 6) “And honour not his father or hismother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandmentof God of none effect by your tradition.” (Verse 7) “Ye hypo-crites, well did Esaias (Isaiah) prophesy of you, saying,” (Verse8) “THIS PEOPLE DRAWETH NIGH UNTO ME WITH THEIRMOUTH, AND HONORETH ME WITH THEIR LIPS; BUTTHEIR HEART IS FAR FROM ME.” Make note of the statementJesus made in verse 9: “BUT IN VAIN THEY DO WORSHIP ME,TEACHING FOR DOCTRINES THE COMMANDMENTS OFMEN.” Why did the Lord say that the people are worshiping himin vain? He said this because they use the name of Jesus, butevery denomination teaches the doctrines that were set forth bythe man that founded it, and not by the word of God. If the wordof God is not being taught, how can it possibly have any effect onpeople? Therefore, people are worshipping the name of the Lord, but serving according to the doctrines of men. In doing so, all oftheir worshipping is for nothing. Now, let us look at a few examples of just how drunkthe inhabitants of the earth have become from drinking the wine(false doctrine) out of that golden cup. First, we will examinesome things that are commonly taught. Then, we will show thecorrect meaning of these things according to the bible, which arein direct opposition to these false teachings. 50

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Chapter VI RAPTURE 51

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN RAPTURE RAPTURE: Men say that Jesus is going to rapture us upto Heaven where he is, and then they quote I Thessalonians 4:13-17 to try to justify the rapture. (Verse 13) “But I would not haveyou to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.” (Verse14) “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even sothem also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.” (Verse15) “For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that wewhich are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall notprevent them which are asleep.” (Verse 16) “For the Lord himselfshall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of thearchangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shallrise first:” (Verse 17) “Then we which are alive and remain shallbe caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord inthe air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” Now, look again, closely, at the scriptures and see whatit is really talking about. First, Paul is telling these people not togrieve over the people that died in Christ because they would beraised again, as surely as the virtuous people that are living willbe changed. “For the Lord will descend (come down), and we allwill be caught up (ascend) together in the clouds to MEET theLord in the AIR: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” Be withthe Lord where? Now, let us reason together for a while before welook at the scriptures that will tell us exactly where we, and theLord, will be. Millions of people have flown in airplanes a great distanceabove the clouds. Some mountains extend up into, and above, theclouds as well. Even birds fly in the air. Paul made it very clearthat Jesus will leave the Heaven (where he is presently dwelling),because descend means to come down, go down, or move froma higher place to a lower place. Paul never said that we will goto heaven, he only said we will meet the Lord in the air. We mustmeet the Lord in the air in order to fulfill prophecy. See Zachariahthe 14th chapter, note verses 3, 4, 5, and 9. (Verse 3) “Then shallthe Lord go forth and fight…” (Verse 4) “ And his feet shall standin that day upon the Mount of Olives…” (Verse 5) “The Lord my 52

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENGod shall come, and all the saints with thee.” (Verse 9) “And theLord shall be king over all the earth.” Now, realizing the fact thatthe dead and the living are all in one place, the Lord is in another, and it is us who are the saints, how else could we come with himunless we meet him in the air above the earth first? When Jesus left the earth for the last time, after hisresurrection, two men (angels) appeared before the Apostles andtold them that he would return in the same way. See Acts 1:10-12.(Verse 10) “And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as hewent up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;” (Verse11) “Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing upinto heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you intoheaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go intoheaven.” (Verse 12) “Then returned they unto Jerusalem from themount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a Sabbath day’sjourney.” He was received out of sight in a cloud; and verse 12lets us know that they were standing on Mount Olive. Jesus’ feetwill land, when he comes, on the same mountain that he stood on,before he left the earth for the last time, almost 2,000 years ago. The next scripture that is used to try to support the falseteaching of going to Heaven is in St. John. See St. John 14:1-3.(Verse 1) “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, be-lieve also in me.” (Verse 2) “In my Father’s house are many man-sions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare aplace for you.” (Verse 3) “And if I go and prepare a place for you,I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am,there ye may be also.” Look closely at these scriptures, in partic-ular, verses 2 and 3. “I go to prepare a place for you.” (Verse 3)“And if I go, I will come again, and receive you unto myself.” We know that he went, therefore, he must come again. Now, you are probably thinking, how will we get into this placethat Jesus went to prepare for us without going to heaven, whereit is? For the answer to this question, we will look into the bookof Revelation. See Revelation 21:1-3. (Verse 1) “And I saw a newheaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earthwere passed away; and there was no more sea.” Take note of(Verse 2) “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming 53

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENdown from God out of heaven, PREPARED (I go to a preparea place for you) as a bride adorned for her husband.” (Verse 3)“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tab-ernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and theyshall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and betheir God.” Sure Jesus said in St. John the 14th chapter that where hewas going, we know the way, but he never said we would go there. In fact, he straightly told the people twice that where he is going, they cannot come. See St. John 7:33-34 and St. John 8:21-22. St.John 7 (Verse 33) “Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little whileam I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.” (Verse 34)“Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thitherye cannot come.” St. John 8 (Verse 21) “Then said Jesus againunto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die inyour sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.” (Verse 22) “Then saidthe Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, whither I go, yecannot come.” Even when Gabriel the angel brought the news to thevirgin Mary, he not only told her that she was going to have a sonand what to name him, but he also told her that he would be a rul-er (king). He also gave the exact location where his throne wouldbe and who it once belonged to. See St. Luke 1:26-33. Note verse32: “…and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his fa-ther David (David is his father according to the flesh).” (Verse 26)“And in the sixth month: the angel, Gabriel, was sent from Godunto a City of Galilee, named Nazareth.” (Verse 27) “To a virginespoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of Da-vid; and the virgin’s name was Mary.” (Verse 28) “And the angelcame in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favored, theLord is with thee: blessed art thou that art among women.” (Verse29) “And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, andcast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.” (Verse30) “And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hastfound favour with God.” (Verse 31) “And, behold, thou shalt con-ceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his nameJESUS.” (Verse 32) “He shall be great, and shall be called the Sonof the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of 54

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENhis father David:” (Verse 33) “And he shall reign over the houseof Jacob for ever: and of his kingdom there shall be no end.” Whowas this David, whose throne God is going to give to Jesus? David was the second king of Israel; See II Samuel 5:1-5.(Verse 1) “Then came all the tribes of Israel to David unto He’-bron, and spake, saying, Behold, we are thy bone and thy flesh.”(Verse 2) “Also in time past, when Saul was king over us, thouwast he that leddest out and broughtest in Israel: and the LORDsaid to thee, Thou shalt feed my people Israel, and thou shalt bea captain over Israel.” (Verse 3) “So all the elders of Israel cameto the king to He’-bron; and king David made a league with themin He’-bron before the LORD: and they anointed David kingover Israel.” (Verse 4) “David was thirty years old when he beganto reign, and he reigned forty years.” (Verse 5) “In He’-bron hereigned over Judah seven years and six months: and in Jerusalemhe reigned thirty and three years over all Israel and Judah.” Now David wanted to build God a house (Temple), butGod sent the Prophet Nathan to tell David that his (David’s) seedafter him, which he will raise up and which shall be one of hissons, shall build him (God) a house. See I Chronicles 17:1-17.(Verse 1) “Now it came to pass, as David sat in his house thatDavid said to Nathan the prophet, Lo, I dwell in a house of cedars, but the ark of the covenant of the Lord remaineth under curtains.”(Verse 2) “Then Nathan said unto David, Do all that is in thineheart; for God is with thee.” (Verse 3) “And it came to pass thesame night, that the word of God came to Nathan, saying,” (Verse4) “Go and tell David my servant, Thus saith the Lord, Thou shaltnot build me an house to dwell in:” (Verse 5) “For I have notdwelt in an house since the day that I brought up Israel unto thisday; but have gone from tent to tent, and from one tabernacle toanother.” (Verse 6) “Wheresoever I have walked with all Israel, spake I a word to any of the judges of Israel, whom I commandedto feed my people, saying, Why have ye not built me an house ofcedars?” (Verse 7) “Now therefore thus shalt thou say unto myservant David, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, I took thee from thesheepcote, even from following the sheep, that thou shouldest beruler over my people Israel.” (Verse 8) “And I have been withthee whithersoever thou hast walked, and have cut off all thine 55

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENenemies from before thee, and have made thee a name like thename of the great men that are in the earth.” (Verse 9) “Also I willordain a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, and theyshall dwell in their place, and shall be moved no more: neithershall the children of wickedness waste them anymore, as at thebeginning,” (Verse 10) “And since the time that I commandedjudges to be over my people Israel. Moreover I will subdue allthine enemies. Furthermore I tell thee that the Lord will build theean house.” (Verse 11) “And it shall come to pass, when thy daysbe expired that thou must go to be with thy fathers, that I willraise up thy seed after thee, which shall be of thy sons; and I willestablish his kingdom.” (Verse 12) “He shall build me an house, and I will establish his throne for ever.” (Verse 13) “I will be hisfather, and he shall be my son: and I will not take my mercy awayform him, as I took it from him that was before thee.” (Verse 14)“But I will settle him in mine house and in my kingdom forever:and his throne shall be established for evermore.” (Verse 15) “According to all these words, and according to all thisvision, so did Nathan speak unto David.” (Verse 16) “And Davidthe king came and sat before the Lord and said, Who am I, OLord God, and what is mine house, that thou hast brought mehitherto?” (Verse 17) “And yet this was a small thing in thine eyes,O God; for thou hast also spoken of thy servant’s house for a greatwhile to come, and hast regarded me according to the estate of aman of high degree, O Lord God.” Most bible scholars will tell you that this son that God isreferring to is Solomon, because Solomon built the first temple. But, there are a few statements made in this scripture that putsthis promise that God made to David far beyond Solomon. Forexample, as previously quoted, I Chronicles 17:12, “…and I willestablish his throne FOR EVER.” Solomon only reigned for forty years (Far shorter thanforever). See 1st Chronicles 17:13-14,17. (Verse 13) “I will be hisFather and he shall be my Son (never was Solomon called the Sonof God):” (Verse 14) “I will settle him in mine house and in minekingdom for ever: and his Throne shall be established for Ever-more, (FOR Evermore is a long, long time).” In verse 17, even 56

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENDavid said, “for thou has also spoken of thy servant’s house for agreat while to come, and hast regarded me according to the estateof a man of high degree, O Lord God.” Now, who is this son of David and Son of God? Who?Paul will tell us in Romans 1:1-4. (Verse 1) “Paul, a servant ofJesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel ofGod,” (Verse 2) “(Which he had promised afore by his prophets inthe holy scriptures,)” (Verse 3) “Concerning his Son Jesus Christour Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to theflesh;” (Verse 4) “And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from thedead:” The prophet Isaiah spoke of some things that the angel,Gabriel, told Mary. See Isaiah 9:6-7. (Verse 6) “For unto us achild is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shallbe upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful,Counselor, the Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince ofPeace.” (Verse 7) “Of the increase of his government and peacethere shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon hiskingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and withjustice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord ofhosts will perform this.” “Unto us a child is born, unto us a Son isGiven; of the increase of His government and Peace there shall beNO END (for ever), upon the Throne of David.” The prophet Jeremiah also spoke of the same thing. SeeJeremiah 23:5-6. (Verse 5) “Behold, the days come, saith theLord, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a Kingshall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice inthe earth.” (Verse 6) “In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israelshall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called,THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.” The prophet Daniel told us of the coming of Jesus and thelocation of his kingdom. See Daniel 7:13-14. (Verse 13) “I saw inthe night visions, and behold, one like the Son of man came withthe clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and theybrought him near before him.” (Verse 14) “And there was given 57

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENhim dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlastingdominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that whichshall not be destroyed.” Look closely at verse 13 and 14, “…onelike the Son of man (David was a man, therefore, Jesus was theSon of man), came with the clouds of heaven, and came to theAncient of days (God the father).” (Verse 14) “And there wasgiven him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom…” See St. Luke1:32-33. (Verse 32) “He shall be great, and shall be called the Sonof the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne ofhis father David:” (Verse 33) “And he shall reign over the houseof Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.” Now skip to the 27th verse of the same chapter of Daniel,to see again where this kingdom will be that was given to the Sonof Man (Son of David), and who will be in it with him. Daniel7:27 says “And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness ofthe kingdom UNDER THE WHOLE HEAVEN, shall be given tothe people of the SAINTS of the most High, whose kingdom is aneverlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.”Now if the kingdom is under the whole heaven, where else couldit be but on the earth? This kingdom will rule the entire earth for a thousandyears, starting after the first resurrection. After the thousand yearsare over, then will Satan (the Devil) be released out of his prisonto try the (flesh and blood) people of that time, just as we are be-ing tried now. When Satan is set free, he will take Gog and Magog(Russia). He will deceive people from all over the earth, gather agreat army and surround the Camp of saints to attack them. We will now see where they had to go to compass theCamp of the Saints. See Revelation 20: 7-9. (Verse 7) “And whenthe thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of hisprison,” (Verse 8) “And shall go out to deceive the nations whichare in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Ma’-gog, to gatherthem together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of thesea.” (Verse 9) “And they went up on the breadth of the earth, andcompassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city:and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.” 58

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENNote verse 9. “And they went up on the breadth of the earth, andcompassed the Camp of the Saints about, and the beloved city:and fire came down from God (the father) out of heaven, anddevoured them.” Now after this come the White Throne Judgment, the Father, and his House with many mansions, New Jerusalem. If the camp of the Saints will be in heaven, what campof Saints is this that Satan and his forces will compass upon theearth? Understand one thing, Satan is no dummy. Ezekiel said,“He is wiser than Daniel (the Prophet), and there is no secret thatcan be hid from him.” If he goes seeking the camp of the saintsupon the earth, on the earth is where it will be. Therefore, let no person convince you that you are goingto heaven, even if they quote scripture such as “There will be twopeople working in the field, one will be taken, and the other willbe left, and two in a grinding mill and one will be taken and theother left.” The scripture is true, but where will that one be taken? To meet the Lord in the air and they all will come back to earth. Let no one tell you that there are some people in heaventhat have already died because it is simply not true. If people wentto heaven or hell upon their death, whether it is five minutes afteror a trip through purgatory first, who will there be left to raisefrom the dead when the time comes for the first or last resurrec-tion? If everyone went to their perspective places upon death, who will stand in judgment on Judgment Day? Also, if the peoplethat have died in Christ are now flying around in heaven, and thebad people that have died are now burning in hell, who are thesepeople that John wrote about in Revelation 20:13 when he said,“The sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and helldelivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judgedevery man according to his works?” People will read to you what Jesus said to the thief on thecross in St. Luke 23:43. “And Jesus said unto him, Verily I sayunto thee, to-day shalt thou be with me in paradise.” If Jesus wastelling the thief that he was going to be with him in paradise thatvery day, why then did Jesus forbid Mary to touch him in St. John20:17? “Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am NOT YET 59

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENascended to my Father: but go and tell my brethren, and say untothem, I ascend to my Father, and your Father; and to my God, andyour God.” This was three days after he had spoke with the thief onthe cross. Jesus said with his own mouth in St. Matthew 12:40that “For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’sbelly; so shall the Son of man be three days and nights in the heartof the earth.” IF Jesus did not go to paradise until three days later, the thief must have went on ahead of him. That is not possible. Je-sus was PROMISING the thief, THAT DAY, that he will be withhim (Jesus) in paradise later on. How do I know what Jesus meant? See St. John 6:39-40.(Verse 39) “And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, thatall of which he (the father) hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the LAST day.” (Verse 40) “And thisis the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son,and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raisehim up at the LAST day.” Look. David, a man after God’s own heart, is still dead!See Acts 2:29-34. (Verse 29) “Men and brethren, let me freelyspeak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both DEAD andBURIED, and his sepulcher is with us unto this day.” (Verse 30)“Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn withan oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh,he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;” (Verse 31) “Heseeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soulwas not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.” (Verse32) “This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witness-es.” (Verse 33) “Therefore, being by right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost,he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.” (Verse 34)“FOR DAVID IS NOT ASCENDED INTO THE HEAVENS: but hesaith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my righthand,” Next, go to Hebrew the 11th chapter and read about allof the great and righteous people that labored and suffered perse- 60

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENcution and death for the name of the Lord. They all had faith anddied in it, but had not received the promise; (Verse 39) “And theseall having obtained a good report through faith, received not thepromise:” (Verse 40) “God having provided some better thing forus, that they without us should NOT be made perfect.” I would like to ask one question. Where is Paradise? No matter how long I look at the word, it will not change intothe word Heaven. If that thief is in heaven, what was it he hadso special that he could repent on the last day of his life and bemade perfect, while Paul, Peter, David, all the people named andspoken of in Hebrews the 11th chapter, and all of the rest of theprophets and apostles have to wait until the first resurrection? Onemust be drunk to believe that this man is in heaven, because thiscontradicts all scriptures from Genesis to Revelation. Neither let anyone deceive you by quoting the parable ofLazarus and the rich man to make you believe that the dead arein heaven or hell. The Lord said that the beggar, Lazarus, wasin Abraham’s bosom. Remember the 11th chapter of Hebrew. Ittells us that Abraham is among those that died in faith, but wouldnot be made perfect before us. Now, if Abraham is dead and noone will be raised before the first resurrection, this can only bespeaking of the future. Therefore, both Lazarus and the rich manare dead. That scripture was a parable. Like most of the otherparables, it is speaking of the future. Remember what Paul said inI Thessalonians the 4th chapter, that the Lord shall descend andthen the dead shall be raised and the living shall be changed. Thislets us know that no one will be taken off this earth or out of it,even to meet the Lord in the air, until he descends (starts to comedown). Now let us see when he will come. See St. Matthew24:27-31. (Verse 27) “For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of theSon of man be.” (Verse 28) “For wheresoever the carcase is, therewill the eagles be gathered together.” (Verse 29) “Immediatelyafter the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, andthe moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall fromheaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:” (Verse 61

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN30) “And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven;and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall seethe Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power andgreat glory.” (Verse 31) “And he shall send his angels with a greatsound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect fromthe four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” Note verse29 and 30. (Verse 29) “Immediately after the tribulation of thosedays…” (Verse 30) “And then shall appear the sign of the Son ofman in heaven…and they shall see the Son of man coming in theclouds.” Verse 31 tells us, at that time, will he send his angelsto gather his elect (At the sound of a great trumpet). The Lordcannot come before the Great Tribulation and we cannot be raisedor changed before the coming of the Lord because prophecycannot be broken. Therefore, no one is in heaven that was bornof a woman, except Jesus, and no one will be raptured up intoheaven. The best we can do is meet the Lord Jesus in the air andcome back to earth with him, where he will sit on the throne ofhis earthly father, David. If you are still determined to go to heaven, then answerone question. Which one do you plan to go to? Paul speaks ofthree (3) heavens. He speaks of Jesus being caught up to the thirdHeaven. See II Corinthians 12:1-2. (Verse 1) “It is not expedientfor me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations ofthe Lord.” (Verse 2) “I knew a man in Christ above fourteen yearsago, (whether in body, I cannot tell; God knoweth;) such an onecaught up to the third heaven.” The Bible tells you where they are,but this is a good project for you. Read your Bible and find them.If anyone says they know where they are, ask them to show themto you in the Bible. 62

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Chapter VII SAVED 63

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN SAVED SAVED: This is another dose of that wine. Some of themost common statements made by people who say they are Chris-tians are: “I am saved” Or “Since I’ve been saved” or “I know Iam saved.” They try to use certain scriptures in the bible such asRomans 10:9 to justify their belief, which says, “That if thou shaltconfess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thineheart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Let us go and look closely at this scripture and see if itsays that we are saved NOW. See Romans 10:9-17. (Verse 9)“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, andshalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Verse 10) “For with the heart man belie-veth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is madeunto salvation.” (Verse 11) “For the scripture saith, Whosoeverbelieveth on him shall not be ashamed.” (Verse 12) “For there isno difference between the Jew and Greek: for the same Lord overall is rich unto all that call upon him.” (Verse 13) “For whosoevershall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Verse 14)“How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And show shall they hear without a preacher?” (Verse 15) “Andhow shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, Howbeautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, andbring glad tidings of good things!” (Verse 16) “But they have notall obeyed the gospel. For Esaias (Isaiah) saith, Lord who hathbelieved our report?” (Verse 17) “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” We will analyze a few of the verses and take note of thewording. In verse 9, Paul said, “…shalt be saved.” Shalt be is afuture tense. Verse 13 speaks about people that have not believed,or even heard of Christ. It also lets us know that we must have apreacher, and verse 14 tells us he must be sent. Verse 16 tells usthat they have not all obeyed the gospel. First, how do you knowthat your preacher was sent by God? See II Corinthians 11:13-15.(Verse 13) “For such are fake apostles, deceitful workers, trans-forming themselves into the apostles of Christ.” (Verse 14) “And 64

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENno marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”(Verse 15) “Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also betransformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shallbe according to their works.” Here we see that Satan (the Devil)has ministers, and they present themselves to you as ministers ofrighteousness. These ministers are not sent by God, however theycontinue to use the name of Christ. See St. Matthew 24:3-5. (Verse 3) “And as he sat upon themount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying,Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign ofthy coming?, and of the end of the world?” (Verse 4) “And Jesusanswered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceiveyou.” (Verse 5) “For many shall come in my name, saying, I amChrist; and shall deceive many.” Jesus warned his apostles aboutthe coming of people who will use the name of Christ to pushanother agenda. After all, many ministers will agree that Jesus isthe Christ, but afterward deceive the people with false doctrine. See Revelation 2:12-15. (Verse 12) “And to the angel ofthe church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which haththe sharp sword with two edges;” (Verse 13) “I know thy worksand where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thouholdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in thosedays wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slainamong you, where Satan dwelleth.” (Verse 14) “But I have a fewthings against thee, because thou hast there them that hold thedoctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblockbefore the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.” (Verse 15) “So hast thou also themthat hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate.” Here are people that hold fast to the name of Jesus, andhave not denied his faith, but the Lord also said that Satan’s seatis there. Plus, he pointed out that they hold the doctrine of Balaam(which represent all false doctrine), which corrupts all that believeit. Also found among these people is the doctrine of the Nicolai-tanes. The Nicolaitanes are men whom the Lord has not sent, butthey have deceived us into thinking that they are the priests (min-isters) of God. They are the heads of the Mother Church, whom 65

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENthe Lord said he hates. This mother has daughters, and they arecalled Protestants. What makes them daughters? Their doctrine, though the methods are different, the teachings are the same. Theyteach, among other things, that you are saved just by confessingthe name of Christ. Let us look at some of the writings of some preachersthat we know were sent from God and see what they said aboutbeing saved. See I Corinthians 9:24-27. (Verse 24) “Know ye notthat they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.” (Verse 25) “And every man thatstriveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do itto obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.” (Verse 26)“I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one thatbeateth the air:” (Verse 27) “But I keep under my body, and bringit into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached toothers, I myself should be a castaway.” Pay attention to what Paulis saying, “So run that you may obtain.” He is also letting youknow that he can become a castaway (lost) even after he preachedto many. See Philippians 3:8-14. (Verse 8) “Yea doubtless, andI count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledgeof Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss ofall things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,”(Verse 9) “And be found in him, not having mine own righteous-ness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith ofChrist, the righteousness which is of god by faith:” (Verse 10)“That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and thefellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto hisdeath;” (Verse 11) “If by any means I might attain unto the resur-rection of the dead.” (Verse 12) “Not as though I had already at-tained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I mayapprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.”(Verse 13) “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: butthis one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, andreaching forth unto those things which are before,” (Verse 14) “Ipress toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God inChrist Jesus.” 66

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Look at some of the statements Paul is making. “If by anymeans I MIGHT attain unto the resurrection,” “I press TOWARDthe mark for the prize of the high calling.” If Paul were saved, hewould have said, “I have obtained, I have the prize, I have appre-hended.” Again, in Hebrews 10:36, Paul said, “For ye have needof patience, that, after you have done the will of God, ye mightreceive the promise.” If you are saved then you have alreadyreceived the promise – what else is there to be patient for? Now let us see who the Lord said will be saved. St. Mat-thew 10:22. “And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’ssake: but he that endureth to the END shall be saved.” See Revelation 2:17, “He that hath an ear, let him hearwhat the Spirit saith to the churches; To him that OVERCOM-ETH will I give to eat of hidden manna, and will give to him awhite stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no manknoweth saving he that receiveth it.” See Revelation 3:5, “He thatOVERCOMETH, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and Iwill not blot his name out of the book of life, but I will confess hisname before my Father, and before his angels.” See Revelation20:15, “And whosoever was not found written in the Book of Lifewas cast into the Lake of Fire.” Consider what you have just read, what Paul said, and also what Jesus said. Consider the Book ofLife. If your name is written in it, God put it there. See Malachi 3:16-18. (Verse 16) “Then they that fearedthe LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before himfor them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.”(Verse 17) “And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in thatday when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a manspareth his own son that serveth him.” (Verse 18) “Then shall yereturn, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, be-tween him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.” Thisscripture tells you that God records names in a book (of remem-brance), and said they shall be his. See Exodus 32:32-33. (Verse32) “Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin-; and if not, blot me, Ipray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.” (Verse 33)“And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against 67

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENme, him will I blot out of my book.” Now consider what the Lord told Moses. Just as Godrecorded your name, he can erase it. No one knows if he or she issaved, therefore follow Paul’s advice and run so that you mightobtain the prize. In St. Matthew 7:21, Jesus said, “Not every onethat saith unto me, Lord, Lord shall enter into the kingdom ofheaven; (“…New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of theheaven…,” Revelation 21:1-2), But he that doeth the will of myFather which is in heaven.” 68

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Chapter VIII BORN AGAIN 69

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN BORN AGAIN BORN AGAIN: What does born again mean? Most peo-ple say you are born again when you accept Christ into your life.Others say when you put away the sins of the world. Both of thesesayings are a good start, but a start only. Even if you live a perfectlife, and adhere to all the laws of God, it is still only a start. What most people call being born again is actually whatthe bible calls repenting. See Acts 2:37-38. (Verse 37) “Nowwhen they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and saidunto Peter and the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, whatshall we do?” (Verse 38) “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, andbe baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for theremission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”When those people realized, through Peter’s teaching, that Jesus’death and resurrection had already been prophesied, they werepricked in the heart and asked Peter and the rest of the Apostles:“Men and brethren what shall we do?” Peter told them to repentand be baptized in the name of Jesus. He made no mention ofbeing born again. Search the scriptures. Can you find one Apostle that saidhe was born again? No, you can’t. Neither can you find any placewhere they told someone that he or she had been born again. InI John the 3rd chapter, John said in verse 9, “Whosoever is bornof God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: andhe CANNOT sin, because he is born of God.” As long as you areflesh and blood, you can sin. Read Romans 7:7-25 and see howPaul talks about the struggle he had trying to avoid committingsin, and how he failed sometimes. (Verse 7) “What shall we saythen? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, butby the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had saidthou shalt not covet.” (Verse 8) “But sin, taking occasion by thecommandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. Forwithout the law, sin was dead.” (Verse 9) “For I was alive withoutthe law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, andI died.” (Verse 10) “And the commandment, which was ordainedto life, I found to be unto death.” (Verse 11) “For sin, taking 70

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENoccasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slewme.” (Verse 12) “Wherefore the law is holy, and the command-ment holy, and just, and good.” (Verse 13) “Was then that whichis good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it mightappear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sinby the commandment might become exceeding sinful.” (Verse14) “For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, soldunder sin.” (Verse 15) “For that which I do I allow not: for whatI would, that do I not; but what I hate, that I do.” (Verse 16) “IFthen I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it isgood.” (Verse 17) “Now then it is no more that I do it, but sin thatdwelleth in me.” (Verse 18) “For I know that in me (that is, in myflesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; buthow to perform that which is good I find not.” (Verse 19) “For thegood that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, thatI do.” (Verse 20) “Now if I do that I would not, it is no more Ithat do it, but sin that dwelleth in me,” (Verse 21) “I find then alaw, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.” (Verse22) “For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:” (Verse23) “But I see another law in my members, warring against thelaw of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sinwhich is in my members.” (Verse 24) “O wretched man that I am!Who shall deliver me from the body of this death?” (Verse 25) “Ithank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind Imyself serve the law of God; but with the flesh, the law of sin.” In verse 7, Paul lets us know that he would not haveknown what sin was if the law (commandments) had not identi-fied it. In verse 8, he is also letting us know that after the com-mandments had identified sin, he realized that he had all kindsof uncleanliness (concupiscence). For without the law, sin wasdead. Why was sin dead without the law? Because I John 3:4 tellsus, “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sinis the transgression of the law.” This is why Paul said in Ro-mans 7:7 that he had not known lust, except that the law had said,“Thou shalt not covet.” Just as you cannot get a ticket for running a stop sign if itis not posted, you cannot break a law that does not exist. That iswhy Paul said when the commandments came, sin revived and he 71

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENdied. Paul is simply saying that, when the commandments identi-fied to him what wrong was, he stopped doing wrong. How coulda thief know that he is a thief if there is nothing written or saidto identify the acts of stealing? When Paul stopped doing wrong,he became a new man, a righteous man, and the old unrighteousPaul no longer existed. He had died. However, the old sinful mandoesn’t die easy, nor does he stay dead without trying to return. This is why Paul wrote in Romans 7:15-21 that sometimes, hefound himself doing things that he had no intentions of doing andalso that sometimes, he set out to do right, but ended up doingevil instead. This is when Paul realized that the old Paul was stillpresent and that he came with his flesh and blood body, and herefused to go without a fight. Try and picture in your mind a house with an evil manliving in it. Along comes a righteous man who purchases thehouse, but the evil man refuses to leave. Therefore, the righteousman thinks he will go in and throw the evil man out. When heenters however, he finds that the evil man has many weapons. Now, it becomes a struggle of endurance (that’s what Jesus said inSt. Matthew 24:13, “But he that shall endure to the end, the sameshall be saved.”) You are the house and the struggle is betweenthe righteousness of God and the evil of the flesh, trying to seewho will master your mind and control your body. The righteouscommandment of God says, “Thou shalt not commit adultery,”but the lust of the flesh says, “Go ahead…who will know…you’reonly human.” The Apostle Paul was a man of great wisdom and under-standing. Therefore, he recognized that as long as he had thisflesh and blood body, he was in danger and with this realization,he wrote in Romans 7:24, “O wretched man that I am! who shalldeliver me from the body of this death?” Paul was just one ofmany men of wisdom and understanding. Some came beforehim and some came after him. Even in this day however, the trueservants of God all realize the same thing that Paul did in the 7thchapter of Romans. Therefore, we all know that the only way tobe out of danger is to be born again, and when you are born again, you are not flesh and blood. 72

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Now, let’s go to St. John 3:1-8 and see what born againreally means. (Verse 1) “There was a man of the Pharisees, namedNic-o-de’-mus, a ruler of the Jews:” (Verse 2) “The same cameto Jesus by night, and said unto him Rabbi, we know that thou arta teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles thatthou doest, except God be with him.” (Verse 3) “Jesus answeredand said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man beborn again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (Verse 4) “Nic-o-de’-mus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he isold? Can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and beborn?” (Verse 5) “Jesus answered, Verily, Verily I say unto thee,Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enterinto the kingdom of God.” (Verse 6) “That which is born of theflesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” (Verse7) “Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.”(Verse 8) “The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest thesound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither itgoeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” When Jesus told Nicodemus that one must be born againto see the Kingdom of God, Nicodemus asked a totally reasonablequestion. (Verse 4) “How can a man be born when he is old? Canhe enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?”In verse 5, Jesus explained further and said, “Except a man beborn of the water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdomof God.” This born of the spirit is not talking about a change ofmind only, but a physical change as well. Why? Because Jesusspoke of two different types of births in verse 6. “That which isborn of the flesh is FLESH.” Everyone that was born of a womanhas a flesh and blood body. No matter how intelligent we become, how careful we are about the food we eat, and how much exercisewe get, this body still deteriorates and we get old, wrinkled, grayhaired, and eventually die. It doesn’t matter how holy we thinkwe are and how much power we say we have in the Holy Ghost, the course of this corruptible body is not altered. We are born ofthe flesh and if we don’t live until the coming of the lord, we willdie. Even if we live until his coming, we must be changedbefore we can enter into the Kingdom of God. Jesus also said in 73

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENthis same verse, “That which is born of the Spirit IS SPIRIT:” Forone to be born of the Spirit, he must be born into the God fam-ily and have the same type of body that God has. In Isaiah 31:3,when God warned Israel about trusting in the Egyptians and theirhorses, he clearly made a separation between flesh beings andspirit beings. He told them, “Now the Egyptians are men, and notGod; and their horses are flesh, and not spirit.” Spirit beings (Godand the angels) live forever, but flesh (man and the animals) doesnot. To prove this point, let’s see what happened to Jesus so thathe could die for our sins. Hebrews 2:9-16: (Verse 9) “But we see Jesus, who wasmade a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor; that he by the grace of God shouldtaste death for every man.” (Verse 10) “For it became him, forwhom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringingmany sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation per-fect through sufferings.” (Verse 11) “For both he that sanctifiethand they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he isnot ashamed to call them brethren.” (Verse 12) “Saying, I willdeclare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the churchwill I sing praise unto thee.” (Verse 13) “And again, I will putmy trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which Godhath given me.” (Verse 14) “Forasmuch then as the children arepartakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took partof the same; that through death he might destroy him that had thepower of death, that is the devil,” (Verse 15) “And deliver themwho through fear of death were all lifetime subject to bondage.”(Verse 16) “For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; buthe took on him the seed of Abraham.” In verse 9, “We see Jesus, who was made a little lowerthan the Angels for the suffering of death.” How was he madelower? Verse 14 tells us that just as the children (man) were fleshand blood, he became the same as they. Verse 16 tells us that Je-sus did not take on the nature of Angels (because angels, like God,cannot die), but he took upon him the seed of Abraham (becauseAbraham was a man and man can die). There is something else that one can do if he has been 74

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENborn of the Spirit (born again) and no matter how many times wehave humbly requested of those that say they are born again, theystill have not performed it. That is to become invisible. Now, letus go to St. John 3:8 and see what Jesus said. “The wind blowethwhere it listeth (will), and thou hearest the sound thereof, butcanst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is everyone that is born of the Spirit.” The word “everyone” is absolute, meaning that it covers all. So, the next time anyone tells you thathe or she has been born again, ask him or her to become invisibleand walk past you without being seen. They should be able to goand come past you without your ever knowing it. They should bejust like the Lord. Let us look at what Job said about the Lord inJob 9:11. “Lo, he goeth by me, and I see him not: he passeth onalso, but I perceive him not (just like the wind).” Now, let us rea-son together. Why is the term born again used anyway? The an-swer is because you have been born once already into the familyof man with a flesh and blood body. The only way to get into thefamily of God is that you be born into it. GOD is a Spirit; there-fore, you must be born of the Spirit. Jesus is the one that createdman and he is the one that said in Genesis, “Let everything, beit plant, beast, bird or man, bring forth seed after its kind; whoseseed is within itself.” Therefore, Jesus knows that we must beborn again. After he and his father’s kind. That is why Jesus said,“that which is born of the flesh IS FLESH (ONCE); and that whichis born of the spirit IS SPIRIT (AGAIN). Although it should not be necessary, we will go to I Corin-thians and have a look at these two very different bodies. I Cor-inthians 15:35-54, (Verse 35) “But some man will say, How arethe dead raised up? And with what body do they come?” (Verse36) “Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, exceptit die:” (Verse 37) “And that which thou sowest, thou sowest notthat body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat,or of some other grain:” (Verse 38) “But God giveth it a bodyas it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.” (Verse39) “All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of fleshof men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another ofbirds.” (Verse 40) “There are also celestial bodies, and bodiesterrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of theterrestrial is another.” (Verse 41) “There is one glory of the sun, 75

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENand another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: forone star differeth from another star in glory.” (Verse 42) “So alsois the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raisedin incorruption:” (Verse 43) “It is sown in dishonor; it is raisedin glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power.” (Verse 44)“It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is anatural body, and there is a spiritual body.” (Verse 45) “And soit is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the lastAdam was made a quickening spirit.” (Verse 46) “Howbeit thatwas not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and after-ward that which is spiritual.” (Verse 47) “The first man is of theearth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.” (Verse48) “As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and asis the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.” (Verse 49)“And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bearthe image of the heavenly.” (Verse 50) “Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neitherdoth corruption inherit incorruption.” (Verse 51) “Behold, I shewyou a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed.”(Verse 52) “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the lasttrump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raisedincorruptible, and we shall be changed.” (Verse 53) “For thiscorruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must puton immortality.” (Verse 54) “So when this corruptible shall haveput on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death isswallowed up in victory.” We can imagine what you are thinking when you readthis scripture. “Hey, wait a minute…this is not talking aboutbeing born again, it is talking about the resurrection!” Yes, we aretalking about the resurrection because at that time, and not before, will the sons and daughters of man become children of God and,in the true sense, be born again. Now, let us examine this scripture. In verse 35, the ques-tion “what kind of bodies will people have when they are raisedfrom the dead?” is asked. Paul first let us know in verse 36, that aseed cannot live (be quickened) except it die first (or be changed).Either way you look at it, it cannot remain the same. That is why, 76

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENin verse 37, he tells us that the body that we have now is not thesame type of body we shall have after the resurrection, but thisbody only bares grain and the new body will be very different.Verse 38 lets us know that God will make this new body at hispleasure, but it will be made from this old body. In verses 39-40,Paul proceeded to show the differences in certain bodies and thatall flesh is not the same. The most important separation he made was the differencebetween celestial bodies and terrestrial bodies. The glory of theone is not the same as the other. Celestial means heavenly andterrestrial means earthly. The celestial body shines like brightnessof the firmament (heaven). Daniel, in Daniel 12:2-3, spoke of thatsame brightness when he wrote about the resurrection. Also, inExodus 34:27-35, when Moses was in Mount Sinai getting thecommandments from God, he began to shine. Just from being inthe presence of a being with a spiritual body for forty days made achange in Moses’ appearance. In fact, Moses’ face shone so muchthat all of the people of Israel were afraid to come near him andhe had to wear a veil over his face while he talked to them. Thatwhich happened to Moses should let us know that there is a greatdifference between the celestial (heavenly) and terrestrial (earth-ly) bodies. Now, lets go back to I Corinthians 15:43-45. Paul makesmore comparisons and then goes on to show us even greater dif-ferences. This flesh and blood body is sown in corruption (deteri-oration) and it is raised in incorruption. (Verse 43) “It is sown indishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness; and raisedin power.” In verse 44, he tells us that there is a natural body andthere is a spiritual body. (Verse 44) “It is sown a natural body; itis raised a spiritual body.” (Verse 45) “And so it is written, Thefirst man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was madea quickening spirit.” In verse 45, Paul went all the way back tothe beginning to make sure we understood the difference of thetwo bodies when he said, “The first man Adam was made a livingsoul.” See Genesis 2:7, “And the Lord God formed man out ofthe dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath oflife; and man became a living soul.” Now, pay attention to whatis written in Genesis and I Corinthians. Neither scripture said that 77

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENGod put a soul inside man. They are telling you that man himselfis the soul. Here in the 45th verse, Paul is letting you know thatAdam was the first of his kind. And it is also letting you know thatJesus is the first of his kind because he is the first to die out of thefamily of man and be raised into the God family. See Colossians1:18, “And he (Jesus) is the head of the body, the church: whois the beginning, THE FIRSTBORN FROM THE DEAD…” SeeSt. John 1:13, “Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will ofthe flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” See I Corinthians15:45, “the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.” The lastAdam is Jesus. In verse 46, Paul let us know that the natural (fleshand blood) body was first, and then afterward comes the spiritual(spirit body). In verse 47, Paul tells us that the second Adam isthe Lord from Heaven. Now to highlight verse 48, it is quotingwhat Jesus said to Nicodemus. “That which is born of the flesh ISFLESH, and that which is born of the spirit IS SPIRIT.” We arenow bearing the image of our natural father, this flesh and bloodbody, but at the resurrection we will bear the image of our spiritu-al father. In verse 50, Paul is saying the same thing that Jesus saidto Nicodemus, “flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom ofGod.” Jesus put it another way however, “Verily, verily, I say untothee, except a man be bon again, he cannot see the Kingdom ofGod.” Now, let us back up to I Corinthians 15:1-8. (Verse1) “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which Ipreached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein yestand;” (Verse 2) “By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in mem-ory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.”(Verse 3) “For I delivered unto you first of all that which I alsoreceived, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scrip-tures;” (Verse 4) “And that he was buried, and that he rose againthe third day according to the scriptures:” (Verse 5) “And that hewas seen of Ce’-phas, then of the twelve.” (Verse 6) “After that,he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom thegreater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.”(Verse 7) “After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apos-tles.” (Verse 8) “And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one 78

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENborn out of due time.” Paul is telling these people, among other things, how theApostles and a great number of people had seen Jesus after hisresurrection from the dead. But in verse 8 however, he said, “Lastof all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.”When Paul saw Jesus, he saw him in his spiritual form and hisbody was spirit. To Paul, he looked like one born before the time. What do we mean by born before the time? The scriptures tellus “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purposeunder heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8). Therefore, if anyone otherthan Jesus has been born again at this time, they are born beforethe time appointed for it, which is at the resurrection. Now we will see at what time will the children of manbe born into the God family (be born again) and become the truechildren of God. See St. Luke 20:27-36. (Verse 27) “Then cameto him certain of the Sad’du-cees, which deny that there is anyresurrection; and they asked him,” (Verse 28) “Saying, Master,Moses wrote unto us, If any man’s brother die, having a wife, andhe die without children, that his brother should take his wife, andraise up seed unto his brother.” (Verse 29) “There were thereforeseven brethren: and the first took a wife, and died without chil-dren.” (Verse 30) “And the second took her to wife, and he diedchildless.” (Verse 31) “And the third took her, and in like mannerthe seven also; and they left no children, and died.” (Verse 32)“Last of all the woman died also.” (Verse 33) “Therefore in theresurrection whose wife of them is she? For seven had her towife.” (Verse 34) “And Jesus answering said unto them, The chil-dren of this world marry, and are given in marriage:” (Verse 35)“But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are givenin marriage:” (Verse 36) “Neither can they die any more: for theyare equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being thechildren of the resurrection.” This is the time when the Sadducees were asking Jesusa question about the resurrection, thinking they could trap himbecause they did not believe in the resurrection. Our chief con-cern is verse 34, “The children of this world marry, and are given 79

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENin marriage:” (Verse 35) “But they which shall be accountedworthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:” (Verse 36) “Neithercan they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and arethe children of God, BEING THE CHILDREN OF THE RES-URRECTION.” When we become the true children of God, wewill no longer be flesh and blood beings, but spirit beings. Thenyou can truly say, “I have been born again,” because you willhave a body just like God the father, Jesus, and the angels. TheApostle Paul knew that this change had to come and he made itclear in Philippians 3:20-21. (Verse 20) “For our conversation isin heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the LordJesus Christ:” (Verse 21) “Who shall change our vile body, that itmay be fashioned like unto his glorious body…” The prophet Jobknew also that this body must be changed. This is why he said inJob 14:14 “If a man die, shall he live again? All the days of myappointed time will I wait, till my change come.” Both Paul andJob knew that they had to be born into the family of God, becausethey were flesh, and God is spirit. The rebirth constitutes a change.I will repeat the scripture St. John 3:6, “That which is born of theflesh IS FLESH (born once); and that which is born of the spirit ISSPIRIT (born again). 80

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Chapter IX THE DANGER OF NOTPROVING ALL DOCTRINE 81

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN THE DANGER OF NOT PROVING ALL DOCTRINE When people are told that they ARE NOT born again, saved, or going to heaven, they become offended and try to de-fend their brand of doctrine. Many times, they totally close theirminds to everything else that has been said, or even read, out ofthe Holy Bible. We are not trying to offend anyone. We are onlyasking you to investigate those things that you are confessing. If you believe the wrong thing, it may well poison you. Case inpoint: Adam and Eve ate of the tree of knowledge of good andevil after God told them not to, and because of this, man has beendying ever since. The fruit of that tree was poison. Be wise andlearn from Adam and Eve’s mistake. Experience is not always thebest teacher because some experiences are fatal. God is merciful, therefore he had his desires and intentions written by his apostlesand prophets, that man may know how to serve and please him.Read his word for yourself and if anyone tells you what Godsaid, ask then to show it to you in the bible. “Line upon line andprecept upon precept.” Adam and Eve lost their lives and brought death uponus all by listening to Satan and by failing to prove what he wassaying by the word of God. Don’t make the same mistake becausethe first death is temporary, but the second death is permanent. Besober and stop drinking the wine out of that golden cup from thehand of that woman in the 17th chapter of Revelation. For out ofthat cup comes Easter, Christmas, Good Friday, the rejection ofGod’s commandments, his Sabbath days, and the rejection of allthat is holy. I Corinthians the 10th chapter tells us that Christ was theGod of the Old Testament. He was the one that was with Israel, parted the Red Sea, and brought them out of the land of Egypt.See I Corinthians 10:1-4, (Verse 1) “Moreover, brethren, I wouldnot that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers wereunder the cloud, and all passed through the sea;” (Verse 2) “Andwere all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea:” (Verse3) “And did all eat the same spiritual meat;” (Verse 4) “And didall drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritualRock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.” 82

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN These scriptures tell us that Christ was the one that wewith Moses and Israel. Let’s read verse 4 again, “…for they drankof that spiritual rock that followed them: and that Rock wasChrist.” In St. John 1:18, John says that no man has seen God atany time, but in Exodus 24:9-11, it is written that 74 people sayhim. In Exodus 33:12-20 and 34:1-8, it also shows that Mosessaw the back of God. Now if John says no one has seen God atany time, who was it that Moses and the elders saw? Moses andthe elders say Jesus. Read what Jesus himself said in St. John5:37. “And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath bornewitness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, norseen his shape.” Yes, it was Jesus who wrote the commandments on thestone tablets for Moses, two times. IT was Jesus that led Israelthrough the wilderness for 40 years. It was Jesus that split the RedSea. It was Jesus that sent all the prophets and it was Jesus thatsaid he will sit on the throne of David, which is upon the Earth. Now ask yourself, why would he come in the flesh and reversevirtually everything that he had written and reject his own com-mandments that he wrote twice? No, he did not reverse anything that the prophets said, nordid he reject his laws. When he makes his new covenant, he willuse the same old laws (Jeremiah 31:31-34, Hebrews 8:8-12). Theold covenant is no more but the law is forever. So, if Jesus didnot reverse or reject his written word, where did this doctrine ofchange and reversal come from? It came out of that cup in thewoman’s hand. Just as Adam died from eating of the forbiddentree, so will we die from drinking the wine out of the cup becausewe will be too drunk to recognize the words of life and will not beprepared when the Master comes. The Apostle Paul wrote of spiritual blindness in II Corin-thians 4:3-4. (Verse 3) “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to themthat are lost:” (Verse 4) “In whom the god of this world hathblinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of theglorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shineunto them.” Paul lets us know that many people are blinded bythe god of this world, which is Satan the Devil. 83

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN This blindness is like a covering or a veil thrown overyour face. It cuts off the vision. This is why the Lord said inIsaiah 25:7-8, (Verse 7) “And he will destroy in this mountainthe face of the covering cast over all people, and the veil that isspread over all nations.” At what time will the Lord destroy thiscovering? At his coming. He said in verse 8, “He will swallow updeath in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from offall faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from offall the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it.” I Corinthians 15:51-54says that this will take place at the first resurrection. Revelation7:15-17 also says that this will happen after the Lord has returned,“and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.” Now we know why the movements of these four greatbeasts have gone almost unnoticed by the inhabitants of the earth. Most of us have been drunk off of the wine that is in the goldencup, which is in the hand of the woman, and that wine representsfalse doctrine. 84

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Chapter XTHE SEPARATING OFTHE SONS OF NOAH 85

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN THE SEPARATING OF THE SONS OF NOAH These four great world-ruling powers, the Babylonian,Medo-Persian, Greek, and Roman Empires were all Gentiles.Gentiles are the children of Japheth. Most people say that if youare not a Jew, you are a Gentile. That saying could not be furtherfrom the truth. Only the children of Judah, Jacob’s fourth son, areJews. Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel, had eleven othersons and none of them were Jews. Just as the children of Judahwere called Jews after the name of their father Judah, the childrenof Jacob’s eleven other sons were named after their fathers. Ifthey came from Dan, they were called Danites. If they came fromBenjamin, they were called Benjamites. If they came from Levi, they were called Levites. And so were they all named accordingto their fathers. All twelve brothers were the sons of Jacob andtherefore, they were all Israelites. Now Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel, cameout of the lineage of Noah’s son Shem. Noah had two other sons,Ham and Japheth. Therefore, if you are not a Jew, you can still bea Shemetic. If you are not Shemetic, you are either Hametic (thedescendants of Ham) or Gentile (the descendants of Japheth). Butonly a Jew can be a Jew and only a Gentile can be a Gentile. See Genesis 10:1-32. (Verse 1) “Now these are the gen-erations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham and Ja’pheth: and untothem were sons born after the flood.” (Verse 2) “The sons ofJa’pheth; Go-‘mer, and Ma’-gog and Ma’-dai, and Ja’-van andTu’-bal, and Me’-shech, and Ti’-ras.” (Verse 3) “And the sonsof Gomar; Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.” (Verse 4) “Andthe sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.(Verse 5) “by these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in theirlands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in theirnations.” (Verse 6) “And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Miz’-ra-imand Phut, and Canaan.” (Verse 7) “And the sons of Cush; Se’-ba, and Hav’-i-lah, and Sab’-tah, and Ra’-a-amh, and Sab’-the-chah: and the sons of Ra’-a-mah; She’-ba, and De’-dan.” (Verse8) “And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the 86

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVENearth.” (Verse 9) “He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: where-fore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.”(Verse 10) “And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and E’-rech, and Ac’-cad, and Cal’-neh, in the land of Shi’-nar:” (Verse11) “Out of that land went forth Ass’-ur, and builded Nine’-e-veh,and the city Re’-ho-both, and Ca’-lah.” (Verse 12) “And Re’-sen between Nin’-ve-veh and Ca’-lah: the same is a great city.”(Verse 13) “And Miz’-ra-im begat Lu’-dim, and An’-a-nim, andLe’-ha-bim, and Haph’-tu-him.” (Verse 14) “And Path-ru’-sim,and Cas-lu’-him, (out of whom came Phil’-is-tim,) and Caph’-to-rim. (Verse 15) “And Ca’-na-an begat Si’-don his first born, andHeth,” (Verse 16) “And the Jeb’-u-site, and the Am’-o-rite, andthe Gir’-ga-site,” (Verse 17) “And the Hi’-vite, and the Ar’-kite,and the Si’-nite,” (Verse 18) “And the Ar’-vad-ite, and the Zem’-a-rite, and the Ham’-a-thite: and afterward were the families ofthe Ca’-na-an-ites spread about.” (Verse 19) “And the border ofthe Ca’-na-an-ites was from Si’-don, as thou comest to Ge’-rar,unto Ga’-za; as thou goest, unto Sod’-om, and Go-mor’-rah, andAd’-mah, and Ze’-bo’-im, even unto La’-sha.” (Verse 20) “Theseare the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, intheir countries, and in their nations.” (Verse 21) “Unto Shem also, the father of all the children of E’-ber, the brother of Ja’-pheth theelder, even to him were children born.” (Verse 22) “The childrenof Shem; E’-lam, and Assh’-ur, and Ar-phaz’-ad, and Lud, and A’-ram.” (Verse 23) “And the children of A’-ram; Uz, and Hul, andGe’-ther, and Mash.” (Verse 24) “And Ar’-phax’-ad begat Sa’-lah; and Sa’-lah begat E’-ber.” (Verse 25) “And unto E’-ber wereborn two sons: the name of one was Pe’-leg; for in his days wasthe earth divided; and his brother’s name was Jok’-tan.” (Verse26) “And Jok’-tan begat Al-mo’-dad, and She’-leph, and Ha-zar-ma’-veth, and Je’-rah.” (Verse 27) “And Ha-do’-ram, and U’-zal,and Dik’-lah,” (Verse 28) “And O’-bal, and A-bim’-a-el, andShe’-ba,” (Verse 29) “And O’-phir, and Hav’-il-ah, and Jo’-bab:al these were the sons of Jok’-tan.” (Verse 30) “And their dwell-ing was from Me’-sha, as thou goest unto Se’-phar a mount of theeast.” (Verse 31) “These are the sons of Shem, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations.” (Verse 32)“These are families of the sons of No’-ah, after their generation, intheir nations: and by these were the nations divided in the earthafter the flood.” 87

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN We separated the sons of Noah so you would understandclearly whose children we are talking about when we use thename Gentiles or the times of the Gentiles. Few people under-stand that God gave each son of Noah a time to be in power. The children of Ham and Shem never had the power ofthe children of Japheth, but still they had their time. The time ofHam and Shem has come and gone. God gave it and God took itaway. Now we are in the time of the Gentiles (sons of Japheth). This time started in full strength with the coming of Nebuchad-nezzar and will continue until the tenth and last rising of the Ro-man Empire, in the form of the European Common Market, whichRevelation calls Babylon the Great. God gave the Gentiles thistime and at the time appointed, God will take it away. 88

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN Chapter XI FOUR NATIONS BUT ONE FAMILY 89

“This image represents the entire gentile rulership” 90

THE FOUR WINDS OF HEAVEN FOUR NATIONS BUT ONE FAMILY Now, let us go into the 2nd chapter of Daniel and look atthese four beasts that rose up from the sea. This time however, wewill see them as one body. This within itself will show that eventhough these great powers were four, they were still children ofone man, Japheth, who was the father of the Gentiles. Therefore, the body is one. In Daniel 2:1-19, Nebuchadnezzar (the first great Gentileking) had a dream and none of his wise men or soothsayers couldtell him what the dream was or the meaning of it. But later, Godrevealed the dream and its meaning to Daniel, then Daniel wentto the king and revealed it to him. See Daniel 2:25-30, (Verse 25)“The Arioch brought in Daniel before the king in haste, and saidthus unto him, I have found a man of the captives of Judah, thatwill make known unto the king of the interpretation.” (Verse 26)“The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belte-shazzar, Art thou able to make known unto me the dream whichI have seen, and the interpretation thereof?” (Verse 27) “Danielanswered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret whichthe king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, themagicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king.” (Verse 28) “Butthere is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh knownto the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thydream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;”(Verse 29) “As for thee, O king, thy thoughts came into thy mindupon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he thatrevealeth secrets maketh known to thee what shall come to pass.”(Verse 30) “But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me forany wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakesthat shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that thoumightest know the thought of thy heart.” In verse 27, Daniel lets the king know that his astrologers(stargazers), magicians (false diviners), and soothsayers (smoothtalkers) could not interpret the dream (what God wanted him toknow.) Verse 28 lets us know that this dream was to take place inthe latter days (last days). Verse 29 says that it will come to passhereafter (hereafter means from that time and forward). Verse 30 91
