SOLVING THE WASTE PROBLEM. With our proprietary protected technology process, we turn any waste material into an income source. We create energy / fuel pellets to provide inexpensive electricity. Alternatively we provide energy / fuel pellets for the manufacture of Carbon Black, Pyro Oil, Diesel and Solvents all of which can be sold profitably. THE WASTE. Nearly every type of waste and typical \"trash or garbage\" can be used, i.e. municipal garbage, agricultural waste including cow manure, clothing, plastic bottles, food scraps, newspapers, plastics, etc. Zero TM Emissions Waste to Energy (ZEW2E ) systems will also process wastewater treatment plant sewage solids, and even medical waste. Some examples of specialty waste producers are cruise liners, dairy, military, large manufacturers, rail and airports. THE CONTAINERIZED MACHINES. The 1 to 5 ton per hour plant size consists of five 40’ containers. These can be situated on an 8” (200mm) thick concrete pad. Size to be 150 feet by 250 feet (45.72m by 76.2m) THE PROCESS. Zero Emissions Waste to Eneregy (ZEW2ETM) is a proprietary protected technology process whereby waste is sorted, shredded, treated to kill bacteria and odor then pressed into pellets. The pellets can be used or sold as fertilizer or fuel when repurposed into syngas that has the kinetic force to drive an electrical turbine with no measurable harmful emissions, subsequently protecting the air, the earth, the water and our atmosphere. THE ENERGY FUEL PELLETS. There are two types of pellets produced from our Zero Emissions Waste to Energy TM (ZEW2E )process: Type A - Utilizes all types of organics which can be used for animal feed, fertilizer and fuel. Type B - Utilizes all types of organics and plastics which is used for fuel only. NOTE: The plastics increase the Calorific Value of the energy / fuel pellets. Both types of pellets can be used to produce “Syngas” which can power Electrical Turbines to produce zero emissions waste to \"electricity\". GARBAGE FERTILIZER ANIMAL FEED FUEL ENERGY PELLETS ELECTRICITY This unique waste conversion technology is a \"plug and play\" and consists of containerized machinery that can process 1 – 5 tons of garbage per hour. The system is totally scalable for more tonnage if required. It is a simple containerized system sitting on a concrete pad. Taking any type of waste from manufacturing, municipalities, schools, military, agriculture, dairy (manure) and medical waste.
