A+ Builders Inc., with respect to the design and plans provided by Carivil Construction, shall provide the Architectural & Engineering Design Services for the Project: a) Architectural and Engineering o Architectural Design ▪ Floor Plans; ▪ Elevations; ▪ Lay-outs; ▪ Sections; ▪ Wall, Floor & Ceiling Finishes; ▪ Door and Window Schedules; ▪ Details o Structural Design / Calculation ▪ Building Foundation; ▪ Beams and Girders; ▪ Column, Walls, and Floor slabs; ▪ Other Structural Elements o Electrical System Design ▪ Main Power Distribution System ▪ Power Layout ▪ Lighting Layout o Mechanical System ▪ Air conditioning and ventilation system (if applicable) ▪ Fire protection (if applicable) o Plumbing & Sanitary System ▪ Waterline Layout; ▪ Wastewater/sewer lines layout; ▪ Septic tank design layout; o Civil Works ▪ Covered walkways connecting Matalino Building to Magiting Building ▪ Grading and Drainage Design

o Electronics & Communication ▪ CCTV Layout ▪ LAN & TV Layout o Geotechnical Investigation ▪ Soil Boring Investigation as a requirement for structural design The Design Firm shall submit the following document in addition to the other submittals, which may be requirements during the execution of the services: 1. Three (3) sets of Bases of Design and/or Design Criteria for the A&E Design. 2. Three (3) sets of the Preliminary / Design Drawings/Plans for the client review. 3. Three (3) sets of the Design Development Drawings/Plans for the client review. 4. Five (5) sets of Building Permit plans and specifications signed and sealed and other required documents (i.e. Bill of Materials) for building permit application. 5. Three (3) sets of Final Detailed Construction Drawings/Plans, technical specification signed and sealed, Two (2) for Clients Copy & One (1) for Site Copy. 6. Copy of AutoCAD file (2010 ver.) of Final Detailed Construction Drawings/Plans. 7. The Design firm shall sign and sealed all pertaining requirements for Building Permits and Occupancy

The project covers the following scope of work which shall be done in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and provisions of the contract, to wit; This item covers the expenses for building permits, insurance, water & electric connections including temporary connections, the provisions of worker barracks, and other related works necessary during the implementation and completion phase of the project. Mobilization consists of preparatory work and operations necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the project site; for the establishment of offices, buildings, and other facilities necessary for the work; for premiums on bonds and insurance for the work; and for other operations performed or costs incurred before the beginning of work. This item covers the supply of labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the following: 1. Reinforced concrete footing, slab on grade, columns, beams, concrete suspended slab, stair slab, roof slab, concrete canopy, zocalo at corridors, raised flooring for counters, janitor’s closet, electrical riser, concrete molding 2. Fabrication and installation of formworks for structural concrete works This item covers the supply of labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the laying of the CHB wall as required and indicated in the approved plans. Specifically, 1. For exterior walls, use 125 mm thick for concrete, hollow blocks (non-load bearing, minimum strength - 350 psi), plastered. 2. For interior walls, use 100 mm thick concrete hollow blocks (non- load bearing, minimum strength -350 psi), plastered.

This item covers the supply of labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the fabrication and installation of steel trusses with gusset plates, canopy frame, C-purlins, stainless steel railings including painting of epoxy primer of completed trusses, and all other related works needed for the completion of this item. This item covers the supply of labor, materials, and tools necessary for the installation of Pre-painted Rib-Type Expanded Panel Roofing, 6-mm diameter J-Bolt with Felt and Cyclonic Washers, 0.6mm gutter, 2” x 3” 1.5mm C Purlins, 0.37 mm thk. Ridge Roll & Ridge Cap and all accessories including all other related works needed for the completion of this item. This item covers the supply of labor, materials, and tools for the installation of the following: - Lighting Fixtures; - Wiring Devices and Boxes; - Wires and Conduit; 1. Use “Duraflex” wires and “Panasonic‟ brands for switches. 2. Circuit breaker, bolt on type. 3. “Unidex”, PVC conduits 4. “Philips” lamp bulbs & LED Fluorescent Lamps All other miscellaneous items and related works needed for the completion of the project shall also be included under this item. (Please refer to plans). This item covers the supply of labor, materials, and tools for the laying out and installation of all sanitary fixtures, water supply pipeline, faucets, water pumps, pressure tanks, and other accessories, an inspection of all joint connections for possible leakage, and 80 all other related works in accordance with the approved plans and specification. (Please refer to plans.) 1. Use “Emerald pipes” for PVC sanitary pipes and Belden Brand Pipe or approved equal for water supply.

The type of paint, the number of coats, and the extent of the painting shall be in conformance with the section entitled PAINTING. In general, all exposed surfaces of steelwork shall be painted. Surfaces, where the shop coat has been damaged, shall be retouched using the same system as the original shop painting. Surfaces that will be in contact after erection, except when in contact in welded or bolted connections, shall be given one finish coat or welds and the areas adjacent thereto shall be done promptly after the acceptance of the weld and shall be as specified under shop painting. 1. Use Davies products (refer to approved color swatches of Magalang Building & Magiting Hall) Demobilization includes dismantling and removal from the site of the Contractor’s plant, materials and equipment, and all temporary facilities. Demobilization shall also include clean-up of the site after completion of the Contract Work as approved by the Engineer and transportation from the site of the Contractor’s employee.

That the contractor shall in accordance with the provisions of and subject to the conditions contained in this documents, with a provision that this construction activity belongs to A+ Builders Inc., and in consideration of the sum of money hereinafter stated shall fully and faithfully perform all labor, furnish the needed materials and equipment and perform labor and services necessary to complete the “Proposed Two– Storey Matalino Building with Roof Deck” located in the University of Batangas- Downtown Campus, M.H. Del Pilar St., Batangas City as per plan and specifications of the owner. The work consists of the following specific work items:
