Online recognition program is an online platform Reward &where any employee can be recognized by other employees based on Work, Support, Value Showcasing, etc. through many routes like Peer to Peer, Employee to Employee, Manager to Team, Mentor to Mentee, etc. There will not be any monetary value related to these rewards it Recognitionwill be only to recognize the employee.
