Master Planning ACG School Development This new school to be housed in Ho Chi Minh City is to cater for Primary through to Secondary Level students. Run and Operated by the New Zealand based Education Group ACG, this will be the latest school development in Vietnam they have undertaken.
Ho Chi Minh CityDistrict 6 Master Plan Apartment and Retail The client required a Mix-use development with a G.F.A of 650,000m2 which mainly housed “luxury apartments” and a retail element. The restraints we faced within the design where: ○a square site only being 62,000m2, ○an allowed “construction density” of 35% ○a height limit of 31 levels ○boundary setbacks of 30m. This meant that a design solution had to be found that achieved the clients G.F.A requirement and also allowed for quality apartment design. Both internally and also with at least 25m external space between adjacent apartment balconies when still considering a design form that allowed for distant views as could be best achieved.
