Fitness Yoga Designed to cultivate the integration of body, mind and spirit. This class will guide you towards complete wellness, focusing on flexibility, strength, balance, breath and relaxation. All levels are welcomed. Meditation Relaxing class to learn about an ancient practice that will allow us to draw silence and stillness into our mind and body to create a life of greater compassion and fulfillment. Meditation is a journey to the center of our very being, a journey to our emotional freedom and a journey to the awakening of our unconditional self. Pilates Reformer A challenging Pilates Class using the Reformer Machines in the Pilates Studio.

Pilates Mat A challenging core mat workout. Personal Training A workout designed to meet your personal fitness goals. Indoor Cycling This Cycling Class is motivational, high energy and fun. Riding your way through rolling hills, steep climbs, false flats, sprints and much more, you’ll build strength and stamina while burning fat. All levels are welcomed. GAL: Glutes, Abs and Legs A fun and challenging workout designed to define the lower body, strengthen the abs and work the flutes using high reps and medium weight. Kick-boxing A powerful workout that combines the basics of boxing (hand techniques and movement) with the powerful kicks of Muay Thai.

Power Plate Vibration Training combining strength exercises, stretching and even massages. Designed for all levels, from beginners looking to improve bone density and build strength to athletes looking to improve power and speed. Functional Training Metabolic circuits, strength and mobility training. These fun and energetic sessions deliver results as you test muscular strength and endurance when combined with cardiovascular movement that incorporate multiple muscle groups at a time and not isolated muscles. Every class is di erent using medicine balls, stability balls, weights, elastic bands and more. A total body workout that is challenging and fun. Burn at the Barre Deep muscle toning with resistance, the grace of ballet, the science of physical therapy, the flexibility of yoga and the core strengthening of pilates. The total body, low-impact workout is an e cient and safe form of exercise that focuses on form. It incorpo- rates the use of a ballet barre, hand weights, tubing and a playground ball as props to tone your body. The exercises tend to be more contracted and small, focusing on deep toning and sculpting. Karma Fit Created by Personal Trainer Gonzalo Martin Romero, this is an original functional training class with a holistic approach. Come and experience a mix of yoga poses, strength and stability with breathing exercises to achieve a level of meditation through movement.

Pain Free Training A class with holistic myofascial movement concept. Myo refers to muscle and fascia is the elastic collagen web that connects the whole body. Elaborate fascia focused training aims for total structural integration producing well being inside and out through conscious movement. The benefits are numerous, including: correct body alignment, elimination of pain, multi dimensional increase in strength and functional freedom of movement. TRX Suspension Training A full-body workout using what Men’s Health magazine named ‘The Best New Fitness Gear’. If you haven’t given TRX training a try, ask for a demonstration. Salsa Learn the basic steps of a variety of Latin Dance styles including Son Cubano, Salsa, Cha-cha and Cumbia, and how to distinguish the di erences in their rhythm. With the proper techniques for good partner work and leg action, you’ll be dancing up a storm by the end of the first class. Singles and couples are welcomed. No previous experienced necessary. Aqua Zumba A ‘Latin pool party’, this low-impact, e ective and challenging water-based workout integrates Zumba with traditional aqua fitness disciplines. You’ll feel your muscles working against the resistance! All levels are welcomed.

Zumba A class for everybody. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on, mixing low-intensity and high-in- tensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Swimming Lessons This class has everything for you: a full cardio workout plus tips to improve your strokes, strength and flexibility. All levels are welcomed. Assisted Stretching More flexibility, mobility & performance. Imagine what it would feel like to move more freely, with less restriction. Assisted Stretching can o load your joints and lessen nerve irritation and excitability. Slow tension techniques can improve your overall quality of movement. Other benefits: enhanced muscular coordination, increased circulation, increased energy, increased range of motion, reduced muscle tension.

About the Park Espiritu Park features a tennis court, half basketball court, sports lawn, playground and splash garden with pop-up jets. Park Equipment Ask for availability of complimentary tennis, basketball, baseball, football and soccer equipment at the Club Espiritu Concierge desk. Some tennis shoes are available for loan. Tennis Social Meet your neighbors and get a group lesson from our Tennis Pro.
