What happens when you are disciplining your children, you may start off low but somewhere your voice rises, and now you're talking loudly. So, it could've been a form of expression. Somewhere in my adult life, talking loudly became annoying so I had to start with me by making the adjustments.

I had to quickly learn that I needed to be seen and not heard. But if I wanted to be seen, how should I display myself to that they see me but also hear me.
