Victoria Y. Mercer ictoria Y. Mercer was born in Queens, New York, to the late Mrs. Willie V Mae Moore, her loving and wonderful mother. She moved to Red Visibility Outreach Springs, North Carolina to help take care of her grandmother the late Coordinator Katie Johnson. She later received Jesus as her Lord and savior in 2002, where she was fire baptized, Holy Ghost filled and walks in the full authority and power of the Holy Spirit. To further her walk on her new life journey she enrolled into Bible College at Christian Outreach Bible Institution (COBI) in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Where she later graduated with her bachelor’s in religious education. As she matured in her walk with Christ, God blessed her to marry the love of her life Tyrone Mercer Jr. in June 2012 and through their union they have a beautiful daughter named Ny'Asia. In November of 2014 Victoria was appointed to the office of Prophetess. Where she walks in the flow and anointing of the prophetic. Victoria attends Victory of Worship Ministries in Fayetteville, North Carolina under the headship of Apostle Ronnie L. Owens and Pastor Pamela Owens. She stands on the word in Romans 8:28 that “all things work together for the good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose.” The one thing that she does know: that every trail and storm she has encountered in her life has worked for His Glory and made her the woman of God that she is today. It has brought her to a place of completion and wholeness. She no longer has to worry about who she is or who's she is, but to Walk Victoriously in the realm of the spirit she is called to be. Victoria is the Visibility Outreach Coordinator at Santana Global Magazine. She handles press releases, creates marketing materials, negotiates with third- party vendors, finalizes event schedules, and recruit volunteers as needed. She makes meaningful connections with the people that she encounters. Her role as a visibility outreach coordinator is a very rewarding role that brings many opportunities to help vulnerable people to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals, and make a real and positive difference in their lives. She acts as a spokesperson for Santana Global Magazine, organizing media events, creating awareness about the magazine, and promoting its presence to the community through marketing and advertising. Victoria’s main area of ministry is to encourage people of all ages to be who God has called them to be. Reminding them that no matter what age you are you can become who GOD has called you to be. TTTaaakkkeeennn fffooorrr GGGrrraaannnby:YtttveeeonndddePi nkston I once knew a young man that stole my heart. It was the simple, “hey how you are doing” that he screamed from his porch. He started walking off his porch from his friends and greeting me with a handshake. I don’t know what amazed me more--his beautiful smile or a handshake from a guy his age. But whatever it was, he had me at that moment; and that was my friend. Nothing more, nothing less! A friend until that day one day in November; it was a chilly month. He had a basketball tournament and he had won his game. I’m guessing the nigga was feeling lucky because he popped the question, “Can you be my girlfriend now”. From that moment on, I knew I would love him; I would love him past his expectations. And I DID! So, I let him have my heart because I thought he needed it. It was something about the way he held me that I knew something was missing. He needed love, he needed to experience genuine love. He was grown and he had raised himself and it showed. He had to be tough maybe because mama was hooked on drugs and her father was killed, but something was missing. I was dedicated to being his dose because I wanted everything to be better. I remember getting up early around 7 A.M just to go to his basketball game to be his support. I remember walking up the street asking his friends his whereabouts and two different friends gave me two different answers less than ten minutes apart, but I couldn’t find him. When I did find him his face just made everything go away. It was something about him that made me so damn weak like my legs were spaghetti noodles. He knew it too and he loved every moment of it. I continued to trust him because I loved him. But there the truth was, he had me. Everything was solid after that; well, I thought. When I had every reason not to trust him, I continued. I fell face-first for him knowing the damage I would cause myself. Santana Global Magazine l 16

Believing in yourself!!! Believing in yourself always doesn’t mean that you’ll have the right words to say or the right ideas all the time. What it does mean is that you have the capacity to know what it is that you are doing in this world and that it will make a difference. Let’s focus on what it means to know what you’re doing in this world for a minute. When you know what you’re doing in this world that means that you’re taking the time to home in on your purpose. When homing in on your purpose that means you must actually try things or think of different concepts and ideas that may interest you. These ideas and concepts are more than likely things that you want to do for yourself that make you happy. So, if it makes you happy what’s stopping you from turning it into a business? The simple answer to that question is you. You may not want to do a business because you may just want to have your passion as a hobby so if your passion is your hobby, you’ll want to enjoy doing it. If you run a business for yourself while doing your passion you may lose interest because it may just bring joy to you internally. But if you turn it into a business know that you can help more people and you still can do what you would love to do and to live at your passion your dreams and your destiny. Now you may not know what that looks like at this time, but I guarantee you if you take the steps one by one and trust your process and trust the process you were always reach your maximum potential. I wanted to use this example of a business to show you then order to reach your maximum potential you must Jeffrey put what is called work in. Now work may look Releford different to certain people but I guarantee you and I know for a fact that if he used to use your niche and you stay in your lane then you will be able to achieve all the goals in your life. You must know what drives you and you must know what makes you tick. Do you have what it takes believe in yourself? Do you believe that you can achieve anything you want to? Do you believe in know that technically just passing a mass of a little bit your whole perspective can change on how to move. Believing in yourself means that you complete the goal no matter what. Believing in yourself means that you always continue to move forward. Believe in your self means that you know you have what it takes and you 1000% Know when it is finished. Believe in yourself today because regardless of what you do remember that you were the author of your story and trust that God will fill in the rest.

The biggest downfall for me was when the pandemic hit, and everything stopped. I could have stopped my business, but instead continued to do research on where i would like to do and go next. Inconsistency with their business, disappearing from their work/business when things get too difficult, fear of failing your business, and expecting to gain 6- or 7- figure within a short amount of time. Most of the time, ‘big money’ will not occur so instantly, and it is the same for me. The journey of an entrepreneur is difficult, and people do not always stick around with it.
