Objectives  A recognition program for No Sick Leave** taking employees.  To cultivate healthy lifestyle & well-being in order to reduce physical or mental sickness. 1.2. Eligibilities  You must be a permanent employee OR a contract employee (minimum 6 months contract duration) under Swisslog Malaysia Sdn Bhd.  Joined the company for a minimum of 3 months and above for the current qualifying quarter.  If employee joined less than 3 months in current quarter, he/she will only be qualified to participate in next quarter.  Did not utilize sick leave in each quarter. i.e. Q3: July-September; Q4: October December st  New employee who joined on the 1 or before the each beginning qualifying quarter .  You may check your eligibility to claim the gift by referring to HR No-Sick Leave employee listing via email or notice board at the end of the quarter. **Definition: Sick Leave includes medical and hospitalization leaves. Important note: This e-catalogue is only meant for internal circulation purposes only. 3

3.0 Redemption Procedures Copyright @ Swisslog Malaysia Sdn Bhd. All rights reserved 3.1. Place Your Order  Refer to the gift catalogue to decide your redemption gift.  You can only redeem 1 gift per quarter from the gift catalogue.  Email your gift code to your respective HR business partner during redemption period ONLY.  Redemption Period: within a month in the next quarter. st th i.e. Redemption for Q1: Only from 1 - 30 April st st i.e. Redemption for Q2: Only from 1 - 31 July st st i.e. Redemption for Q3: Only from 1 - 31 October st st i.e. Redemption for Q4: Only from 1 - 31 January  Any order received after the redemption period for qualifying quarter will not be entertained.  You are NOT allowed to change your order after the redemption period.  Management reserves the right to replace gifts within the same functions based on stocks availability without prior notice. 25

Gift Collection  HR will email notify employee once gifts are ready for collection.  You will be able to collect the gift within 2 months after the redemption period.  Gifts that are not collected after a quarter without advance notification to HR will be forfeited. 26

No. Only for employee who joins on the 1 or before the each beginning qualifying quarter. Take Q4 as qualifying th quarter for example, the employee joined on 16 September, he/she will only be eligible to participate in Q4 not Q3. -site or travelling during the redemption period, how can I redeem my gift? A2. You may email the gift code (indicate color, if any) to your respective HR business partner during the redemption period and collect your gift immediately upon returning to office. -submit? A3. Yes, please email your new gift code (indicate color, if any). Any changes to the order will ONLY be allowed during the redemption period, but this is not encouraged. Q4. Can I order or request a gift that is not listed in the gift catalogue? A4. No. Q5. Can I get another colleague to redeem (place order) on behalf? A5. No. Only the eligible employee listed in No-Sick Leave employee listing is entitled to redeem. Refer to Question 2. 27
