Goal Plan Creation On the home page, choose goals, and then 2022 NOMAC Goal Plan. NOMAC | Internal

Goal Plan Creation There are 2 Goal Plans available. Please ensure you submit goals in both of these sections. • 2021 NOMAC Goal Plan • 2021 Developmental Goal Plan NOMAC | Internal

Goal Plan Creation Choose the 2022 NOMAC Goal Plan from the Available Goal Plans from the drop down. You will then have the option to create a new goal or copy a goal from your 2021 NOMAC Goal Plan NOMAC | Internal

Goal Plan Creation When creating a new goal. You can choose from ‘Personal Goal’ or ‘Library Goal’ NOMAC | Internal

Goal Plan Creation Library Goal Personal Goal A library of goals aligned to the 2022 NOMAC Corporate KPIs have been provided. You can drill down to the various KPIs under each Add the objective, weightage and at least one Key result objective and choose a goal by ticking the tick box. Goal Plan Creation Development Goal To write your development goal, select the 2022 Development Goal Plan and then ‘add goal’. Here you are to write your objective and one key result (ensuring there are two measurement points). Also ensure you put your start date, due date and goal status (to be updated throughout the year). Goal Cascading Line Managers Line managers have the ability to cascade a goal to their direct reports. They are to click to the action button and choose cascade. NOMAC | Internal

Goal Cascading In the Pop-Up Screen, the line manager can choose the recipient employee(s) in the first Screen and click NEXT NOMAC | Internal

Goal Cascading On the next screen, you can either choose to edit the objective, weightage and Key Result, or can cascade the same objective, weightage, Key Result and send by clicking the CASCADE button NOMAC | Internal

Goal Cascading Select OK when prompted NOMAC | Internal

Goal Cascading The employee with the cascaded goal, will be able to see this intheir goal plan. NOMAC | Internal
