J. Longmire Harrison, Esq. & ERTC Advisory Group Help Businesses Claim ERTC

“Attorney Harrison’s experience in the legal field and with providing digital marketing strategies and solutions to local business owners makes him a great fit for the challenges the company is facing.” These challenges include working with numerous entities and assisting business owners and small businesses with understanding and submitting W2 related employee retention tax credits (ERTC).

Some basic questions include: Were your business operations fully or partially suspended due to government orders? Using 2019 as the base year, did your business experience a decline in gross receipts in any quarter in 2020 and/or 2021?

For us to assist you, did you have at least 5 W2 employees on your payroll in 2020 and/or 2021? There are even provisions for startups if your business started on or after February 15, 2020?

If you received a PPP, you can now still qualify for the ERTC program. The ERTC is NOT a loan. Under the CARES Act in 2020, this was not possible. It was not until a subsequent legislation that allowed companies to qualify! We monitor and provide updates to The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and additional subsequent legislation.

As well as, implement ERTC Covid-19 awareness and partnership campaigns with business associations, chambers of commerce and organizations that help local businesses thrive. Attorney Harrison has joined a select group of ERTC CPA specialists working to assist as many businesses as possible to secure W2 Covid related employee retention tax credits while the program is available.
