How To Improve Decision Making: New Report Offers Easy Tips For Personal Growth

Experts believe that the average adult makes more than 35,000 decisions per day. Broken down, that's around 1,400 decisions per hour and 24 decisions per minute.

So, it’s no wonder that you can get tired by nighttime.  This phenomenon, called decision fatigue, can be causing you a lot of stress and anxiety – and honestly, who can blame you?

But it doesn’t always have to be this way.  Hi, we’re 29k, and we believe that decision-making does not have to be stressful.

We detail this all in our new report that tackles the question, “How do I improve my decision-making skills?” One of the best ways to relieve decision fatigue is to develop daily habits.

We are an open-source, co- created nonprofit that believe that everyone should have access to better psychological tools for mental health.  Learn more at https://29k.org/how-to- improve-decision-making
