The imKey Secret Box, now available at The Crypto Merchant, is a safe and secure recovery seed backup tool capable of storing 12, 18, and 24-word phrases.
The imKey Secret Box provides several layers of crypto asset security and protection. Its A/B double-sided storage supports recovery mnemonics of up to 96 characters. For customized encryption, the device can also hold 2 sets of 12-character mnemonics if need be.
To set up the device, you unlock the cover plate and enter your characters using the 252 double- sided tiles. Once the characters are set, the cover plate is fastened back up. Because the device is comprised of two sets of buckles, it eliminates any displacement or shifting of the characters. The device also supports additional locking mechanisms.
The imKey Secret Box is made using 304 stainless steel. The steel is tempered to withstand heats of up to 3000 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s also waterproof and corrosion-resistant.
