Go to the Request a new service page here you can have the list of services. Select a service from the list and click on CONTINUE SERVICE After selecting service you have to fill up the information as required.
Selecting Service from the list, you can have the list of services listed out and can select anyone service.
After Selecting the service from the list you can have the service detail screen. This screen describes the details like Type of Service ,Instructions ,Required General Documents, Service related documents, etc...
