Iyengar Yoga is a physical, internal, and spiritual practice that began in ancient India. Yoga is about striking a balance in life. It helps to rejuvenates our body and keeps us in a calm state of mind. The International Day of Yoga has been celebrated across the world annually on June 21 since 2015. The little ones of BIS have decided that they want to keep their bodies strong and healthy for the years to come, hence leading them to incorporate Yoga into their everyday routine.
