House Rules PLEASE REVIEW THE RULES We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. Remove your shoes at the door. No pets allowed. Maximum of 14 guests are allowed overnight. No unregistered guests allowed. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the HOA quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Follow the guidelines for adjusting the thermostats. Check-in is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Please take extra care of the pool key and garage door remote. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $150. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for any damages your group incurs. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING

House Guide hot tub rules Hot tub towels are located in the master bedroom chest at the bottom of the bed. Do not use the white bath towels for hot tub or pool use. To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. Secure spa cover and strap immediately after use to maintain temperature. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover. Swim suits must be worn. Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub. No jumping, diving or horseplay. No lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk. Turn off the jets after use, and secure the cover back on. Do not adjust the settings or the temperature. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Thank you for keeping our hot tub clean for the next guests to enjoy! PIG PINEY RETREAT

House Guide WiFi WIFI NETWORK: piney3435 PASSWORD: welcometoeden TV/streaming Flat screen TVs in the upstairs living room and master bedroom are equipped with Firesticks so you can log into all your favorite streaming apps. There is no cable on the property. Air Conditioning/Heat There is a thermostat on each level. Main floor is located at the bottom of the stairwell. Upstairs is located between the two bedrooms. Adjust the temperature within this range or you will damage the unit: Heat: 58-72 degrees Cool: 68-80 degrees Each room is equipped with a fan in case the rooms get warm in the summer months. Make sure to leave all fan remotes in the bedroom they belong in. To turn on the fireplace, you simply flick the switch on the right side of the fireplace. Set both units to hold when checking out: Heat at 58 in winter, cool at 78 in summer BIG PINEY RETREAT

House Guide The Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home including: -Blender, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker -Plateware, glassware, silverware, utensils, crockpot, pots & pans -Basic spices in the kitchen (salt, pepper, etc.). We provide a starter set of paper products (paper towels, trash bags), dishwasher detergent, dish soap and hand soap). If you need additional products, you will need to purchase them for your use. If anything is missing, running out, or not working properly, please let us know and we will fix the problem immediately. DISHWASHER Please make sure the dishwasher is full before turning it on. You’ll find dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink. Stick the tablet into the \"main wash\" detergent compartment. Close the door, press \"normal\" then \"heat dry\" then \"start.\" coffee maker The Keurig machine is easier to use than it looks: just follow the instruction manual stored behind the machine. You'll find a complimentary starter set of coffee and hot chocolate K-cup inside the Keurig storage container. BIG PINEY RETREAT

House Guide LAUNDRY The washer and dryer are in the in the laundry room by the garage. You’ll find laundry soap pods in the cabinet above the dryer for your use. Washer: Put pod into the bottom before loading clothes. Press power, turn knob to \"normal\" or \"speed wash\" setting, press start. Dryer: Press power, turn knob to \"normal\" setting, press start. Garbage/TRASH DAY Trash bags are under the kitchen sink for kitchen and bathroom cans. Upon checkout, empty all trash into the garbage bins in the garage. TRASH PICKUP Garbage removal day is Monday morning. If you're staying over Sunday night, please take cans to the curb Sunday night and bring them in Monday. community POOL The clubhouse and community pool is facing the entrance of the development by the roundabout. Check Out CHECKLIST 1 TRASH OUT Discard your trash into the garbage bins in the garage. 2 DISHES & FRIDGE Empty out perishable food from the fridge. Load all dishes and run the dishwasher. 3 LAUNDRY Put all used bedsheets and towels in the laundry room. 4 LEAVE THE KEYS Leave the garage door opener and pool key on the kitchen counter. 5 ADJUST THERMOSTATS Set upstairs and downstairs units to hold heat at 58 in winter, or cool at 78 in summer. 6 LIGHTS OUT & LOCK UP Turn out the lights.
