Preface This playbook is the outcome of Playbook Initiative Program by the content team Tattava in consultation with senior management of Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Ltd. The objective of the playbook is to create a comprehensive resource for agency leaders with the implementation of knowledge and skills required to deliver their key result area. The major problem that was highlighted was that there are various resources available to get insight about products and process. All these resources need to be accessed by stakeholders separately to acquire the required knowledge and skills. Hence, the initiation of the playbook ensures all such resources in one place. This playbook is not free of limitations. It is always advisable to contact your branch manager or training manager to get in-depth knowledge or skill on a particular topic. We believe that the playbook can help any person in providing information about products, process and digital tools.
