Claims & Renewals Meeting in Hyderabad In Hyderabad, the Motor Business team con- ducted a claims meeting at Pride Citroen and Dwaraka Hyundai to explain the claims process to the employees and helped them with tips to improve the customer experience at the work- shops. The team also held training sessions at Laxmi Hyundai and Fusion Hyundai and dis- cussed strategies to increase the ratio of 1st and 2nd-year renewals. He has worked immensely to build profitability from Hyundai and MG motors and increased the business from INR 1.32 crore to INR 2.17 crore. Also, he was able to mobilize the premium of INR 1.03 crore from a single counter, which is the highest-ever in the south zone. Mr. Naveed Pasha Mahmad Senior Sales Manager Motor NTU Mr. Naveed Pasha has constantly performed the Motor NTU vertical from the south zone. In Q1 FY’24, he secured good business in Volvo, Citroen, and Jaguar & Land Rover with a significant share of 70%. He has also established and maintained business relationships in Hydera- bad and earned profitable businesses. That’s not all; he has also con- ducted several training sessions for the sales and renewals team to build a profitable model in the location. Q1-2023-24

Case Studies Taking the requisite measures to close the Renewals. Problem Statement The Motor Business faced renewal losses, especially on the product codes-1825 & 1870. Impact The approach increased renewal retention by 5% for product code – 1825 & 1870. Solution Offered The team decided to circulate a one-page leaflet to the identified customers due for renewal daily. Learning Right measures and innovative actions can help customer conversion and retention. Streamlining post-sales process through effective DSR reports Problem Statement At several locations, the sales team used to undergo difficulties in sourcing new business from the dealers as they cited claims-related issues at our end Impact To resolve this issue, the team started collecting DSR reports from every dealer workshop and feedback from the managers at the beginning of the month. The team worked hard to ensure zero leakages and better the customer experience Solution Offered This resulted in eliminating all the imperfect procedures and getting new business from the dealers on the grounds of NIL issues from the workshop team with proper document manage- ment.
