Cool completely.Cranberry Orange Compote, recipe belowMaldon Smoked Sea Salt Flakes To make bites: Unwrap and roll out puff pastry, egg washCranberry Orange Compote: the entire sheet of pastry, cut into 36 equal3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries squares (pizza wheel works well for this).Zest and juice of 1 orange Stack two squares together, egg wash1 tsp Hutchinson's Pure Maple Syrup facing up, for a total of 18 pieces and placePinch of salt on parchment lined baking sheet.
