James Lamont Dunn • Given that this year has been an uncommon year for everyone, what has business been like for you? •Of course, this year has been very intense and difficult for me as well, considering the managerial and promotional commitments for the field of sports. However, we have tried to create sustainable alternatives, especially for networks that have made their contributions in some professional terms. Personally, I have pursued some primary commitments towards the family and I have donated my time to some social engagements to empower young entrepreneurs and to understand the importance as a work collective. We hope that next year will be better and recoverable in many ways and at every social level. •How was your business impacted? •Of course it has had its ups and downs but my focus has been consistent both in opening my newest clothing brand \"Dunn Right Promotions\" as well as in new ventures in collaboration with several sports and social organizations .Covid 19 left an impact on the budgets set for 2020 but by strengthening the opportunity of online business as well as planning commitments to empower young people, I found the balance of profit cultivating it even in the midst of temporary difficulties. •What did you do to stay valid? •I have committed myself to be in the service of any kind of commitment in the conditions and circumstances for which have been very stressful but during this period I have conducted several interviews and public presentations in several magazines. This is related to several health and financial reasons. I wish all this had not happened in this sudden and deadly way. This has already become a worldwide alarm. There are mechanisms to fight it but the way it happened found them all unprepared. Perhaps some social structures should function in more detail or the financial ones implemented in the project of sustainable budgets in cases of crisis, of this very critical level. However, I would like everything to be different and without these complications that often seem unsolvable. I would like to build a \"second reality\" to help people even more. •What are your plans for 2021 view there's a glimpse of hope with the recent news of an eminent vaccine? •I wonder the world can not be isolated and is making every effort to function and fight the virus. Every plan for 2021 sounds like a way to survive but I have some plans in itself which relate to the promotional empowerment of my brand, my engagements in sports as well as other professional views in my daily life. I will be even more involved in my public appearances as well as in various interviews in the USA. It is the base from which future management actions spring. There are many reasons for the strategic planning development.. Below are just 8 reasons why you should engage in the strategic planning process. •Provides a Sense of Direction: A good strategic plan provides turn by turn directions so you know how to get to where you are going.
