Par-cipants can be in with a chance to win The Twister Headphones. The Twister vouchers or 10% discount – our standard Terms and Condi-ons apply. 3. The 10% discount is for The Twister vouchers. 4. No purchase required. Maximum 1 entry per person per months. 5. To play, Par-cipants scratch a single latex panel to reveal a Prize.

Scratch Card Promo-on Terms and Condi-ons 6. All Prizes and Savings must be claimed by 1 january 2019. 7. The Prizes and Savings cannot be used in conjunc-on with any other offer, discount or promo-on. 8. All Prizes and Savings are non transferable, Only the winning Par-cipant will be awarded the corresponding Prize or Saving. 9. Third party Terms and Condi-ons apply to Prizes and Savings, where applicable.

Scratch Card Promo-on Terms and Condi-ons 10. Before a Prize or Saving can be awarded on any Scratch Card, it may be subject to valida-on by the Promoter. The Promoter shall declare a Scratch Card invalid, and accordingly shall not award a Prize or Saving, if: (a)  The Scratch Card is counterfeit or has been forged in whole or in part; (b) The Scratch Card is not redeemed by the deadline specified; (c) The Promoter believes that the Scratch Card has been submi^ed by a person ineligible to par-cipate in the Promo-on, as listed in these Terms and Condi-ons; (d) The Scratch Card is not fully legible or is mu-lated, altered, unreadable, and incomplete or has been tampered with in any manner;

(f) The Par-cipant presents more than 1 winning Scratch Card. 11. A valid Scratch Card shall be the only valid instrument for claiming a Prize or Saving, all serial numbers will be cross checked and logged by the Promoter. 12. Winning Scratch Cards need to be submi^ed to the Promoter for valida-on and will not be returned to Par-cipant if they have won the The Twister Headphones. or The Twister vouchers. Par-cipants winning 10% discount will keep the winning Scratch Card and at -me of calling need to quote the serial number on the winning Scratch Card

The Promoter reserves the right to subs-tute the Prizes (or any part of the Prizes) for a Prize or Prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter may also subs-tute the Savings for a gi_ of equivalent or greater monetary value. There is no cash alterna-ve to the Prizes (or any part of the Prizes) or the Savings and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in wri-ng. 14. Scratch Card Promo-on Terms and Condi-ons 15. The winners of Prizes or Savings agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for adver-sing and publicity purposes, without addi-onal remunera-on. The winners will take part in reasonable publicity and PR ac-vity, at Promoter’s request. This ac-vity may be across social media including LinkedIn and the Promoter’s websites. 16. There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. The Promoter accepts full liability for these ma^ers and all ma^ers, for which it cannot, under Swedish law, exclude or limit its liability. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described in paragraphs 17 and 18 will apply.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or so_ware failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.
