ABERLOUR 10 Years Old The Distillery Situated at the junction of the Rivers Lour and Spey, the distillery lies in a beautiful glen, surrounded by glorious scenery dominated by the rugged peaks of Ben Rinnes a short distance away. Pure spring water for making the whisky is drawn from underground springs, and the maturing spirit in the warehouse beneficially inhales the moist Speyside air. Here, the abundance of nature and the centuries-old passion for making single malt whisky conspire to make the generous and multi-layered whisky of Aberlour. Description The Balvenie Single Barrel is a 15 year old single malt which is drawn from a single traditional oak whisky cask of a single distillation. Understanding his craft like few others, David uses different cask types and ages of spirit, to develop exquisite, new interpretations of The Balvenie's classic character. Description To create The Balvenie PortWood Aged 21 Years, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Here it is sampled regular- ly by The Balvenie Malt Master to ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, enhancing and developing the single malt whilst preserving its original characteristics. BOWMORE 12 Years Old The Distillery The First Islay Malt Since 1779 Bowmore's celebrated Single Malt has been distilled on this jewel of an island, the Queen of the Hebri- des, ever since 1779. This makes it the first of Islay's eight distilleries chronologically speaking (and by taste too, many would say). GLENFARCLAS 12 Years Old The Distillery Glenfarclas is renowned for producing Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky in the traditional Speyside style, with a heavy Sherry influence. They produce a wide range of ex- pressions from the mouthwatering freshness of the 12 Years Old, to the indulgent 25 Years Old. One of the de- lights of Glenfarclas is exploring the subtle differences between the different expressions. Description An excellent introduction to the distillery style. Glenfarclas means Glen of the Green Grassland, and the freshness on the nose reminds me of grassland in spring. So, for me, this is the ‘farclas’ aroma. In 2006 this was named the ‘Best Sherried Whisky’ in the Single Malt World Cup. More recent- ly Glenfarclas 12 Years Old won Gold at the Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival in 2007 and again in 2008. Colour Nose Fresh and beautifully light, sherried fruit combined with a tempting spicy sweetness and a hint of Palate Full bodied, delightful sherried fruit, with oak, a hint of peat Finish Long and flavoursome, with a lingering THB 450++ per Glass Prices are in THB and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT

GLENFARCLAS 15 Years Old The Distillery Glenfarclas is renowned for producing Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky in the traditional Speyside style, with a heavy Sherry influence. They produce a wide range of ex- pressions from the mouthwatering freshness of the 12 Years Old, to the indulgent 25 Years Old. One of the de- lights of Glenfarclas is exploring the subtle differences between the different expressions. Description With greater complexity than the younger whiskies, this is a great whisky drinker’s whisky. Their long copper necks stand at 5.14 metres, the same height as a fully grown adult giraffe! Which means that only the very lightest and purest vapours make it to the top, giving a smoother, more elegant whisky. Besides that, Glenmorangie selects the finest oak casks in which to mature the whisky. Every cask is only used twice (whilst many others use their up to five or six times), ensuring that the maximum amount of flavour is always extracted during maturation, delivering a rounder, smoother taste. Description The original expression of this elegant, floral spirit and the real backbone of the Glenmorangie range. A ten-year-old single malt, Glenmorangie Original is produced by marrying the delicate spirit that emerges from Scotland's tallest stills, with first and second fill American white oak casks. Their long copper necks stand at 5.14 metres, the same height as a fully grown adult giraffe! Which means that only the very lightest and purest vapours make it to the top, giving a smoother, more elegant whisky. Besides that, Glenmorangie selects the finest oak casks in which to mature the whisky. Every cask is only used twice (whilst many others use their up to five or six times), ensuring that the maximum amount of flavour is always extracted during maturation, delivering a rounder, smoother taste. Description The darkest and most intense whisky in the extra-matured range, Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban has spent 10 years ma- turing in American white oak casks, before being trans- ferred into specially selected ruby port pipes from the Quintas or wine estates Colour Nose Dark mint chocolate, tangerines and Seville oranges mingle with sandalwood and walnut before giving way to a spicy finish of pepper and nutmeg Palate Mint chocolate and walnuts envelop the palate like velvet, laying the foundations for rose, Finish Long lasting silky aftertaste leaving dark THB 350++ per Glass Prices are in THB and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT

GLENMORANGIE The Lasanta The Distillery The stills at Glenmorangie Distillery are the tallest in Scot- land. Their long copper necks stand at 5.14 metres, the same height as a fully grown adult giraffe! Which means that only the very lightest and purest vapours make it to the top, giving a smoother, more elegant whisky. Besides that, Glenmorangie selects the finest oak casks in which to mature the whisky. Every cask is only used twice (whilst many others use their up to five or six times), ensuring that the maximum amount of flavour is always extracted during maturation, delivering a rounder, smoother taste. Description Elegant but full bodied this whisky has spent ten years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being extra-matured for a further two years in Oloroso Sher- ry casks from Jerez in Spain. Lasanta is Gaelic for warmth and passion, a reminder not just of the Spanish provenance of these Oloro- so sherry butts, but also a reflection of this expressions lusciously soft texture and deep, enticingly sweet aroma.
