Mission:318, alongside its partners - Brace For Impact46 and Pittsburgh Kids Foundation, have develop a Hypertension Management Program based out of the CHIDA Medical Clinic in Balance, Haiti. Utilizing the strength of Community Health Workers (CHWs), the Hypertension Improvement Program (HIP) in Haiti aims to increase the number of Haitians who have their blood pressure under control, and ultimately reduce the number of premature deaths from cardiovascular disease.
