It is a new epidemic that the world is dealing with. Each situation is so new to us, never experienced before leaving room for different interpretations and uncertainty about how things will ultimately turn out. The global crisis we are currently facing mentioned strong triggers, ambiguous and predictable which leave people with intense feeling of worry due to the uncertainty of the situation. Many people are still struggle to accommodate themselves into this outbreak. The growing concerns from the increasing number of cases and mortality rate day by day. Without our awareness, they are even trying to put rice or staple food on the plate or on themselves. Isolation causes severe stress among friends, colleagues and family members. During this critical period, Physiology and safety need to maintain our sanity through the method of sustaining good mental health. It is sensible to comprehend what is isolation is and its psychological impacts on the general public which knows as Covid-19 effects. There is an investigation from American Psychological Association (APA) dated March 17,2020 uncovered that is a big chance for the individuals who have been bound for 14 days or more in private spaces to encounter some mental health issue after the movement restriction order ends. In a similar report, it was accounted for that self-isolation like what we are confronting now in the midst of the Covid- 19 virus outbreak can prompt depression, anxiety, memory issues and stress.
