LOCALE VISION. Our vision is to create a community that showcases and celebrates why Adelaide is one of the most liveable cities in the world – our clean air, open spaces, accessibility, convenience, affordability, food and arts are all hallmarks of our city, and hallmarks of Locale. We’ve also drawn inspiration from the small, bustling European towns where the homes, squares and markets, and their scents, colour, sounds and architecture entice you to linger and explore with a new experience around every corner. Future residents will be the lifeblood of Locale, but our vision is to create a place that will attract and benefit a much wider community through food, arts, culture, and education. This includes visitors from intrastate, interstate and overseas. By taking a relatively small, but significant urban infill site and thinking big, we aim to create a place where something special happens every day. A place that people will not only proudly call home, but a place that creates opportunity and can transform lives. Locale Noun: A place, especially one where something special happens. 5
