Did it work? Well in some instances, we are yet to see! My book that I edited, straight from the authors mouth… “Aw, Lisa your work is like gold.” DEA loved their B2B brochure and commissioned The Guild Combination for further work. Resource Africa – the toolkit has had a phenomenal positive response from communities. They understand it and can use it. British Sky Broadcasting – increased open and read rates from 40% to 70% on the customer magazine, increased response rates on direct mail letters by 0.5% through relevance of content and targeted communications. British Telecommunications – increased response rates on BT Broadband to 9%, had highest ever response rates on catalogue of 3.5%. Increased social media likes on three brands extensively, from 80 odd likes to over 6,000 Have worked with ongoing clients through Elance for a long time due to the success of my writing and marketing activities which have increased traffic, with high engagement. I have been called passionate, wonderful to work for, a brilliant writer, enthusiastic. My marketing experience gives me an edge as a copywriter, as I approach each project strategically.
