Letter from the Founder of DREAMS Orgs. Inc, T.EnStacia White DREAM BIG! I am thrilled to have this opportunity to do the things that God has defined for my life. I look forward to bringing the essence and grace to the young ladies that are able to read and understand the lessons in this book. This manual is for all women. It will bring mothers and daughters closer together. I’m glad to have a platform and a voice for positivity to young ladies ages 8-18. My goal is to let these young ladies know that with God they can, DREAM BIG! That they can be who ever and what ever they want to be. The Sky is the Limit! Knowing that this manual will help one young lady live her life to the fullest, my heart is truly satisfied. This journey in my life is a privilege. It gives me great pleasure to be able to be a support system and an outlet to the young women in my community. The encouraging thoughts that I like to instill in the young lady’s I mentor is that God doesn’t make mistakes and his law is in divine order. Life must have balance and order. I could not do this mission alone. It takes a Village! I personally want to thank all the mother’s that take the time to nurture their daughters, to every father that realizes that all their daughter’s needs from them is love and time and to every community activist that takes the time out of their busy lives to help enhance a child’s life. Display yourself in an elevated light. II. R is for REALISM: Keep it Real! Don’t be a liar. Be real with your selves and other. III. E is for ESTEEM: Love Yourself ! Be confidence, and exude a high level of self esteem. IV. A is for AMBITION: Always Go for the Gold! Have an eagerness to succeed. V. M is for MIND: Follow your D.R.E.A.M.S.”! DREAMS Workshops Series 1: Developing Your DREAMS Girls Talk” Mentoring Program Online: (Womanhood & Relationships) • Each workshops can run from 6-12 weeks and accommodates 25 students max.  • All the material you need to facilitate this workshops online are included in the DREAMS Online Instructional Kit. Student workbooks are also available for $20 per student. Boss Lady Entrepreneur Training Seminar: • The Boss Lady Seminar can be conducted online as a webinar or in person. • Is a 4-6 hour seminar to empower and educate young ladies (and their mothers) on what it takes to be effective leaders and how to start laying the foundation to becoming the BOSS of their life! • Topics: Leadership, Business 3 C’s, Professionalism and Business Planning • This seminar can accommodate 25-100 youth and should be open to the community. • We recommend 2 Guest speakers if conducted online. • If conducted in person we recommend 4 Guest speakers and 8-10 volunteers depending on the size of the seminar. • All the material you need to facilitate this program is included in the DREAMS Online Instructional Kit.
