Sound is a vibration that propagates as an acoustic wave, through a transmission medium such as a gas, liquid or solid. Since all instruments are made of wood or plastic which is a solid material, therefore it can produce sound. The Bible reminds us in Psalms to always offer a joyful noise or praise unto the Lord for He alone deserves all glory and honor. May every sound we produce or make be fore the God and Him alone. 6

Light or visible light is electromagnetic radiation within the portion of the electromagnetic spectrum that is perceived by the human eye. Objects such as light bulbs and lamps give off light/visible light. And just like those things, the Bible reminds us in the book of Matthew to let our good works shine like the lamp for others to see as an example. May it be in our words or actions, we must be a good model that everyone can look up to. 9

Heat is a type of energy transfer that is caused by a temperature difference, and it can change the temperature of an object. Temperature describes the average kinetic energy of molecules within a material or system and is measured in Celsius (°C), Kelvin(K), Fahrenheit (°F), or Rankine (R). The largest source of heat is obviously the sun. Today' s reminder is that laughter is the sunbeam of our soul. It is what makes our soul shine, beautiful and stand out. Someone who laughs a lot has a beautiful and shining soul! 12
