Capacity building Workshop, RP Workshop that took place in Salem. Interested RPs of Salem Educational District were invited to attend the RP Workshop at Salem, organized by Salem DEO(Ele). Each team was given a topic, within 30 minutes they had discussed and noted the points in a chart and presented in front of DEO (which was nostalgic and reminded us of our training in MMS). Each group was named creatively by Fellow Mary Jayaseeli. Our team used a Mentimeter spin wheel to decide who would present first, collected the feedback through Mentimeter, and was enjoyed by the participants. We organized and facilitated the workshop successfully, and we're glad to say that the majority of attendees found it valuable in improving their RP abilities.
