BEFORE(RIGHT)The Bedroom used to be very cluttered with no space for storage. (BOTTOM) The Bedroom was transformed while adding additional storage space and a working space.

(LEFT)The Living- Area had no major problems but was also bound for renovation already. (RIGHT)The Kitchen Tiles were already falling apart and the Kitchen Cabinets under the counter were already loose. BEFORE The LIving Area was transformed to a Modern Contemporary De with an additional TV Module. The Stairs were also Rev-Amped with a new minimalist design.

(TOP) The lobby displays a dynamic ambience; one that is inviting LOBBY and comfortable at the same time. It also serves as the access to the event space, giving privacy to those who are in the working areas. (RIGHT) The palette used in the meetings rooms are inspired by the company’s logo. Each room has a whiteboard in between the fabric panels. The meeting rooms allow privacy and at the same time transparency through the glass front. Meeting ROOM

CO-WORK AREA The co-work area allows the staff to work in a flexible way. There are work stations facing the wall or window designed particularly for those who need concentration and inspiration, while the other tables in the middle promote socialization and collaboration. These spaces will surely cater to everyone’s needs and preferences.

The coffee bar is an essential station that will surely balance work and COFFEE rest. With its accessibility and functionality, coworkers can easily take BAR a short break and fuel up after a day’s hard work.

PANTRY The pantry simulates a fresh home kitchen. This ambiance is achieved through simple and clean colors. It is not as confined as those in conventional offices; thus, bringing the comfort of a home among coworkers. EVENTS HALL
