A charity art & antique auction to raise money for the restoration of Folkestone's oldest and most treasured building: St Eanswythes Parish Church is being held on Saturday September 17th.

Held in the historic building, take a ride on the funicular, which is being opened for the event, with parking below.

Starting at 6pm, there will be champagne, Pimms & food. The Folkestone Arts Society will also have an exhibition of work to view and there will be live music and a short organ recital by Dr Peter King.

There will be many works of art to purchase kindly donated by local artists as well as antiques and jewellery , in all over 60 auction lots.

Support a worthy cause and help preserve Folkestone's oldest building at what should be a really fun evening.
