The university aims to promote the significant characteristics amongst its students i.e. leadership, empathy, and creativity. The college motto, “By love serve one another,” has been a guiding principle for Formanites throughout the history of the college. For the School of Management, it is our distinctive pleasure and honour to invite your institution to join us at the first edition of Rejuvenation’20, a virtual event from the ABC to XYZ of November 2020. It aims to add value to its participants learning and knowledge. The event has been designed by a team that has a rich experience of developing and leading high-quality management. The Leadership Forum: Leadership Forum is a society, of School of Management, that aims to provides a platform to young entrepreneurs who want to succeed in the business world. It gives them the ability to be innovative in their thoughts and experiences. Leadership Forum reflects the different aspects of the business communities. It may have been that leadership concentrated on pace and versatility. But in this ever-changing world, where global influence, digital need, and social-political changes are frequent, leaders need to be flexible and resilient. In an ever-changing market climate, it is important to be able to rebound rapidly and remain on track in the face of repeated challenges. For the year 2020, LF has introduced the first edition of Rejuvenation’20.

Event Introduction FCC’s school of management society brings you its first installment of the much awaited event: “Rejuvention.” It’s time to hop on the roller-coaster of creativity and innovation. Get ready for two challenging business rounds which involves strategic thinking, innovative problem solving, marketing & advertising and sound decision making to expand your skill set and help you attain your true potential as leaders and entrepreneurs. Now is your time to shine! 7. Individual and groups are allowed to participate. (No more than 5 members allowed in a group.) Round 1 Discussion on a failed product or brand. You will be asked to state reasons for failure with facts and figures. Execute a plan to remarket the product or brand by using different strategies. (50% weightage)

(50% weightage) • Guidelines for making the advertisement: - Be creative. - Can be horizontal or vertical. - No longer than 3 minutes.
- No foul language. - No racism. - No sexism. - Religious sentiments must not be hurt. - May be made from phone camera. - The advertisement must be visible. Further details: • Participants will have two weeks to work on their project. • No plagiarism allowed. Citations can be given. • The final result will be announced within a week after being judged by the judges. • A rubric will be provided to the judges. On the basis of the rubric, the marks will be given accordingly. 8. Prize First and Runner up will get trophies and hoodies. Every participant shall receive e-certificates. The advertisements of the winning team and the runner up team’s will be shared on LF’s social media. 9. Code of conduct 1) Participants must make use of respectful spoken and written language in both of the rounds. 2) Participants must cooperate with the entire management of Rejuvenation. 3) Participants must respect the judges feedback. Rules for Add making • Each advertisement must make a proposition to the consumer. Be direct. “Buy this product, and you will get this specific benefit”. • The proposition must be something your competition either cannot or does not offer. In other words, it needs to be unique. • It must be strong to motivate people to purchase what you are selling • There should be no interruptions or disturbance in the advertisement. Like no background noises, voice should be clear, and it should be in proper format.
• Think about the audience in your advertisement that how the advertisement can grab their attention. • The duration should not be more than three minutes and the footage should be clear. How it will take place online 1. In the first part the submission will be through email and the document should be in the form of docx or pdf. Deadline will be of two weeks. There should be no plagiarism in the project and references must be given. A sample project may be given to the participant for the understanding. 2. The second phase consists of the ad which will be a video, Participants will record their ad and submit it through email or google drive link. (Video to be compressed- 75MB) 3. Both the video and project will be shown to the judges and they will assess them on the basis of rubric provided. 4. Final results and the winner will be announced on the social media pages of The Leadership forum. Payment and Procedure 1: Payment can be made in the FCC. The delegation fee is Rs.500/- There is NO delegate fee. It is the responsibility of the delegation to ensure that the payment is made and received by the Rejuvenation management.
