1 Course Description Mathematics 2 MA21102 Credit 1.5 units Study and practice mathematical processes such as problem solving, reasoning, communicating, mathematical expression Mathematics Department Suankularb Wittayalai Thonburi and presentation, integration of mathematical knowledge and other knowledge, as well as having creativity in the following topics. Linear Equations: Equality. Linear equations in one unknown and solutions of linear equations in one unknown. Graphing Ordered pairs: Ordered pairs, generating patterns and identify relations. Ordered pairs and coordinate plane graphing and Applications. Linear Equations in Two Variables: Linear equations in two variables. Graphs of linear equations in two variables and simultaneous linear equations in two variables. Ratio, Proportions and Percentages: Ratio of two quantities, proportion, ratio of three quantities, relationships between percentages, fractions and decimals. Computations and problems involving percentages. By using knowledge, skills/mathematical process and technology in solving problem in various situations properly. Use various methods in calculation, problem solving, reasoning as well as making decision and conclusion properly. Use language and mathematical symbol in communication, interpretation, and presentation correctly. Connect knowledge in Mathematics and utilize knowledge, concepts, and mathematical processes to other studies. Realize in values and have positive attitude towards mathematics.
